We really enjoyed our stay here. lovely facilities (pool, spa, sauna, gym, calming chilled bar with a nice garden). Our room was nice and clean, welcoming and nicely furnished with complimentary hot drinks biscuits and some canned water. We had a balcony which we requested. The beachfront is not far a walk down the road and slopes. the town is not far the other way either. Only thing i may add is some staff were not as friendly and chatty but were helpful is navigating hotel.

The property is extremely clean and the location is great. The decor is lovely and modern and everything was comfortable.

The room we stayed in was a good size but several things didn’t work. The safe, the light on mirror in bathroom the shower pressure was very poor. But the main issue I had was there is no mirror on the dressing table which is ridiculous if you’d like to do your hair and makeup. There was a very thin full length mirror but no where to put what you’d like to use. We were in a deluxe king so wasn’t particularly impressed with facilities.

Well situated within about 10 minutes walk to pier. The hotel was very clean and tidy, there is a bar that serves food plus the restaurant and they have a swimming pool and a gym. The bed was so comfortable, best hotel bed I've slept in. The room had a suitcase stand, a full size ironing board and a safe which was very good.
The tv didn't work and one of the lights didn't work plus we wasn't told breakfast times so when we went down for breakfast at 9.30 expecting a late breakfast, it had just closed so we missed a breakfast that was included in the price if the room. They could do with having an information leaflet in the rooms with breakfast times plus the menu, plus a list of facilities and times. £10 to park on site per night.

I loved how friendly and polite the staff was. Soon as I arrived I was welcomed by one of the gent staff members at the bar who made a cocktail I asked for with love and such politeness.
Not to add incredible Marco to the breakfast service which I have been looked after twice now. What a incredible soul that looks after guests with so much love for his job and passion in what he does and also how he trained another staff member with so much calmness, politeness and showing what he loves! Honestly 10/10 service !
Pool facilities and sauna was just right and robes and slippers provided when asked for those.
Loved the decor of the hotel and the food was incredible in the evening at the restaurant bursting out with some flavours !
Loved the place so much that I booked in the following weekend to stay with my girls for the BIG 30th BIRTHDAY ?

The hotel is a little tired looking but if you can put aside the minor decor and maintenance issues the standard of daily house keeping is high. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a quieter part of Bournemouth with low levels of passing traffic and generally peaceful. The small indoor pool is great for a quick swim. There is a small but well maintained garden where you can sit out and have a drink. It's a 2 mins walk to the steps leading down to the quieter end of East Cliff Beach; the interesting Russell-Coates Museum is a 6 min walk and the pier a 10 min walk.
There is no information leaflet about breakfast times, bar and pool opening times in the room so you have to go down to reception if you want any information. The TV works via APPS and I was told you need to pay.

Spa changing lockers unlockable. Restaurant dinner not really piping hot and service slow. Tatty room service label - kept falling on floor - was never changed. Some poor internal and external decoration and garden furniture. Very poor noise insulation from other rooms.

The location of the hotel is very nice, close to the beach. :o)The staff of hotel was so nice. The reception staff helps me with orientation in the city and help me safe my luggage to my leave.

It was located in a very good location, not far away from the beach, the staff was nice
The lift was out of order, and it seems from long time. I thought that our rooms at least were on the same floor nstead we were split on different floors , second and the 4th.
No one told us about wi fi
And breakfast has poor choice for vegans
No one explained how was working the spa , timings , where was located etc.
Yes was for one night , but we booked this hotel because has the spa

The hotel was very near the beach and town . The top floor room was very clean with a sea view. The swimming pool and sauna was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
The decor was a bit dated. The bath was very slippery.
There were fascists demonstrating outside on Friday evening

Reasonable location
Checking in. It took nearly an hour with 3 attempts by the staff to give us a keycard that opened the room. While hanging about in the corridor waiting for them to sort this out, another guest told me that his colleagues had had a similar problem the previous day. There's either something wrong with their card system or maybe the staff don't know how to use it.

Handy for the airport.

We arrived very early as we came off a cruise ship in Southampton and didn't expect our room to be ready but the receptionist said she would call me when it was. No phone call so had to wait until 3.00 p.m.
The room was a very strange shape and also had a strange smell? Later, on going to the toilet, the toilet continuously had water running and was impossible to flush. The handyman couldn't fix it, so we were moved to another room across the corridor, which was much nicer and more comfortable.

Baby cot was missing a real mattress / very hard bottom and looked uncomfortable. We were told that this is due to heath and safety, what didn't make much sense.

The only minor oversight was that the bath plug didn’t fit the size of the drain, so we couldn’t use the bath

Friendly staff, welcoming, swimming and sauna was nice, breakfast was lovely.
Could not get into the room, took 4 attempts of cards, there was loads of ladybirds in the corner of the window. Room not really clean needs a revamp, we were given two hair dryers which broke. Alarm for the air con went off at 12:40am, the staff on shift couldn’t find a screw driver to stop it had to use a knife eventually sorted the situation.

Our room was up stairs from elevator and then down a level, when asked for help sent a short, tiny woman to lug our suitcases, scared she was going to hurt herself.

Close to all amenities only a short walk to the beach shops and bars food was lovely buffet style breakfast. We had one evening meal in the hotel and it was very tasty and fresh. The swimming pool is heated and jacuzzi are very nice and clean and well kept the staff are very pleasant the hotel inside is very nice. The aircon was a blessing because it was a warm few days and cooled the room down nicely bathrooms are ok plenty of hot water
The outside of the hotel is looking very tired could do with a lick of paint car parking is very limited and tight not much space if you have a big car. The lift was broke and having 4 floors and an elderly mom with us was a struggle the wife and myself was on the 4th floor a blessing that my mom wasn’t. But still a lot to deal with lugging cases up and down the stairs . If you book a superior room don’t expect too much it’s a standard room with a king size bed although comfortable the rooms could do with a going over . Carpets in all three rooms we booked had some nasty stains
