Room was clean. Staff were friendly. The location was great, really close to Coventry town centre.
When I arrived they were doing some maintenance work - right next to my room. The staff did inform me of this, but it was really noisy.
It didn't last long, but when I arrived I wanted to have a rest before getting ready to go out and it was just so loud.

We didn’t have any snacks there or use the bar but liked the fact it was 24 hours on reception so someone would have been there to serve you.
There wasn’t a bin in the room, just a very tiny one in the bathroom.

Breakfast was really good value for money. Food was warm had lots of choice from the food and drinks. Was really good that we was able to have breakfast later on Sunday morning, as we had been out the night before in the City.
Getting to the city centre was 5 minutes walk away. Lots to see around the hotel.

Close to station, city centre and pubs and venue where I was meeting friends. I did everything on foot with no more than 6 or 7 minutes between everywhere I wanted to go.
I completely missed the main entrance when approaching from the station. Public areas looked a bit tired.

Staff were fantastic and super reassuring with all my questions. Room was perfect - clean and cosy with a roomy shower (and GREAT water pressure - even better than at home!). I’ve been to a few hotels in the area and this is by far the best.
Restaurant area is a little small (but could take food to my room instead so that’s clearly been thought about!) and the mattress was quite hard which can’t be helped BUT everything else was so fab that I don’t care!

We were delighted to learn that you had some adjoining rooms and originally requested that on our booking but were told that both rooms only had double beds. We needed 3 beds minimum for our family. Surely it would be more sensible for adjoining rooms to have a double/twin combination to accommodate families with children. It would only necessitate swapping some furniture from a twin room to replace one double so no real expense.

The staff were very kind and promptly attended to each of my calls with the solution I wanted. They helped me to gain a refund of an extra day I might have needed but didn't need it anymore with ease. They have good security and the place is very neat. It was very close to the train station which I really liked. Their housekeepers were also on top of their job. I really liked it there.
I wished the rooms had tiny refrigerators and microwaves. It would have made my stay awesome but still it was great.
