Nice quite location with parking on site
Was just a little to far to walk to the centre if you are not 100 % mobile as Harrogate is very hilly so we had to drive into the centre .

All in all, I'm positive about the location. Really loved the place, with excellent WiFi, a nice kitchen, and a comfy living room. The bathroom and shower specifically were splendid.
The number provided with the booking was of a company called Nightspace and they only took calls between business hours. We arrived at 7 pm after driving a day from Belgium to Harrogate. If it weren't for the nice elderly couple living downstairs, we would never have been able to get the keys. The code provided for us to get the keys didn't work so we were very lucky the man of the couple knew the host personally. I also tried to send a text to the number provided a day before arrival, just to check if everything was ok and what we needed to do. Never got a response. The beds were also pretty small, if you're above average height, it will be too small for you. The mattress & cushions were very hard which caused me to never have a good night's rest.

The beds were comfortable and we liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Parking facility. Very narrow entrance. Parking spaces difficult to get into. A front garden is not ideal for 4 cars at a time. We ended up parking in the road.
The timed light switch outside our apartment door didn’t work which left us having to negotiate 2 flights of stairs in complete darkness when going out in the evening. Fortunately we had phones we could use.

Main bedroom mattress very uncomfortable and uneven, there was a foosty smell. No easily accessed plug in second bedroom or dressing table of any sorts. It would have been helpful if toilet roll was available until we were able to shop.

allocated parking was a bonus, it was in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the town centre
Two 2 seater sofas which were ideal for 2 couples, beds were comfortable with lovely bedding
The apartment was warm and cosy

Constant noise from workman's tools repairing bay windows the whole time of our stay. Management failed to inform us about the ongoing works being done during our stay.
Limited parking because of contractors vans tools and ladders. Toilet seat broken .dust from workman repairing right outside our windows

Location, the apartment was warm and well equipped, nice walk in shower. Sheets, towels etc clean and good quality.
Parking was tricky. No cloths to wipe surfaces or tea towels, there is however a dish washer. My son is disabled so struggled a bit with the stairs so I would ask for ground floor next time.

Slippage with maintenance:
Shower U trap clogged with hair and gunge - not been cleaned in the last few flat let's, causing overflow from the shower tray. Tray floor very smooth, risk of fall, need for grip pads.
Main front door handle operated latch defective causing frustration during entry after using the key. This has obviously caused problems to other users as the door post on the lock side shows fracture cracks down the wall inside and out due to pushing from the outside and yanking from the inside.

We had to turn the heating on when we arrived and it took the rest of the evening to warm up. Would have been better if turned on earlier in the day so warm on arrival.

It was in a quiet location and you could walk into Harrogate.
The beds were very uncomfortable and lumpy. The sofas weren’t very comfortable either.

Apartment is 10-15 minute walk into central town and there are some shops local to the apartment (e.g. Sainsbury's local, Indian takeaway, coffeeshop) which is very convenient.
Bathroom was very modern with walk in shower and good supply of hot water and good water pressure. Nice open plan kitchen/living room with good sized Smart TV.
Parking is a real problem in Harrogate so it was a bonus to have an off road space for our car, although with the other 2 apartments being occupied it was a little tight getting in and out of the remaining space. Fortunately my husband is confident driver and used to getting our car into tight spaces!

Location was brilliant - only about 15 mins walk into the heart of Harrogate and 5-7 mins to a Sainsbury Local. All necessities supplied in flat, central heating mostly worked well, sofas and beds were comfy, shower was far better than expected, and the flat was very clean. All furniture and appliances in excellent condition.
The radiator in one bedroom only worked once so the room was always cold. The light illuminating the passageway to go downstairs was on a timer and would turn off about 1 second after being pressed. Consequently, we always needed a torch to exit the flat at night. WiFi stopped working properly midway through our stay.

The property was furnished to a high level for basic needs. It had everything you needed in the bedrooms, bathroom and lounge. In the kitchen you have the dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and fridge. The heating was good. The internet was ok but crashed a bit and was slow. Tv was good with a variety of channels. They supplied some items of stuff.
The staff rang before we stayed to check we had received all details and were lovely. All details were very helpful.

They say they have tea and coffee etc but only enough for a few nights and we stayed for 8 nights and there was 4 of us so there was no where near enough so this meant we had to go out and buy packets. There was no cleaning spray or products which we had to go out and buy. They did provide us with washing up liquid, 1 t- towel, 3 washing tablets, 3 dish washer tablets and 3 toilet rolls but the 3 toilets rolls were no where near enough for 4 people for 8 days so we had to go out and buy more. They cleaned the property superficially but there had not been a deep clean in the apartment for a long time. The beds had not been moved and hovered behind or under and you can clearly tell, its disgusting under there….. There was a used towel under one bed, tissues etc. The beds are not comfy at all. If staying bring a topper.
