Even though I booked with breakfast included for 4 persons, it didn't really meet my expectations since we only got a 35 USD voucher for all 4 of us which didn't rely cover breakfast for all of us since a cup of coffee was 7 USD.

The history, wish I got to see more of it but thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Staff was very accommodating and very professional as my wife and I enjoyed and chose to celebrate our four year anniversary with you all!
Kitchen could’ve used some updates but no complaints as we received an upgraded room. It was perfect and more than adequate for what we needed to enjoy our stay!! Side note! Whatever/wherever your chef gets his/hers honey……don’t change it!!! Maybe simple but the best we’ve had in a very long time with the cheese and cracker board. So only real complaint would the wait for elevators in the morning for checkout.

Everything!! The hotel is located across from The Fox Theater—one of our favorite destinations. We met up with friends staying there as well, attended Chris Botti’s performance at The Atlanta Symphony. Enjoyed a glass of wine and conversation on the veranda next to the coffee shop until 2 am!! Magical!! Still talking about the experience. Staff and accommodations are superb!❤️

Parking was WAY too expensive, the sink in our bathroom we had to hold up the plunger so it would drain (Room 608), and the toilet barely flushed, had to hold the plunger down for almost 30 seconds and it still didn't completely flush.

Right across the street from the Fox Theatre where I was going, but down from the High Museum and other hot spots. Friendly, accommodating staff, clean rooms, 3 closets in room, a safe, 24/7 desk, concierge help too.

I was fortunate enough to receive a renovated suite (2 bedroom apt), though I've noticed other reviews state that not all rooms are renovated, and the quality varies noticeably. I believe I may have received preferential treatment as my stay was because of a wedding held there (staff knew I was the child of the bride/maid of honor).
Well, just the fact that housekeeping "discarded" my mother's wedding cake, only an hour after she checked out of her honeymoon suite - which was when I realized it was missing & called to ask the front desk to set it aside for me to coordinate picking up. That one detail completely turned me off. I won't be paying to book a room there again.

It was a really good experience for me. I am a member of the Fox Theatre and I was able to watch the show and stay intown instead of going home. That was something that I will like to do in the future.
Things were good so I don't have any real issues except maybe parking and breakfast should be included with the stay. I would have actually paid more to stay if parking and breakfast were included.

The 3-bedroom apartments are a great space. But feel old. Water smell was prominent. Walls need painting. Furniture needs updating. Our door would not lock.

The room was very nice I was an Emory patient but didn’t do the booking correctly to get the patient rate so they upgraded the room to two room suite for my son and I which it was a very nice suite. The breakfast was very good.
No pancakes or biscuits and gravy on the breakfast menu. We went out front at 7:30 after breakfast to get some espresso and the coffee shop that was supposed to open at 6:30 was still not open. That was kind of a bummer but life happens and Starbucks was in the hospital lobby so it was all good. That’s it pretty goofy complaints we’ll have a good day

Love staying here. Great location, and the property is beautiful in many ways.
Have stayed several times, and the experience is hit and miss. Sometimes the accommodations are clean and comfortable and surpass expectations, but I have stayed in a suite before that was in desperate need of renovation and felt a bit scary. This last visit, there was never maid service despite it being requested, no clean towels, lightbulbs were burned out, heavy dust on several surfaces. A closet door that stuck, and general lack of cleanliness in the room.

For the price I paid I asked to have a full kitchen in my apartment. She gave us one out the kitchen and did not even reduce the price. Worst experience I’ve ever had our place of rest and relaxation.
