If the windows won't open, the air conditioning should be in working order. Maintenance came and checked it out but had to sweat it out all night. Most uncomfortable. I would think they'd have put us in a different room. Probably won't return.

Parking is $35 a night. Absolutely ridiculous for the cost that the room itself cost. Only had one person working the front and they were clearly swamped with customers. Not to mention the $50 deposit?? a night? I was told by the front desk attendant that I would get refunded the $100 after 5-7 business days. I am reaching day 7 and still nothing. Horrible start to the trip. Will not be booking here again.

Slept in bed by window and it was soooo cold. I could not get warm. The heat in room took a looong time to heat up and the spread on the bed was like a separate sheet. Thermostat set at 65 when we arrived. Turned it up to 74 and next morning room was still in the 60s.

I loved the hotel. Room was great and the bed was comfortable. The toiletries in the bathroom were very nice. The free coffee was nice and the cookies provided were very good, and I really liked the common areas in the lobby. There were also some nice seating areas outside to enjoy a pleasant evening. This is a great location close to the university when we visit my son, so we will definitely stay here again.
I was a little disappointed that parking was so expensive and that there were no breakfast items included in the price of the hotel.

Good location in relation to the event i attended while there, was able to walk to venue. Room was larger than expected and very clean.
Room faced the road, kept waking up throughout the night due to noise from traffic. I think the room needed an extra light source, I turned all the lights on in the room and it still felt dim. Lastly the shower smelled funny, kind of a mildew smell, while unpleasant wasn't unbearable.

I really didn’t like the fact that I had to pay $39.00 to park there even though I had already paid to stay there, that really pissed me off. I travel all over for events and never had to pay to park were I was staying and this would definitely make me not choose this place again.

I WAS CHARGED $104.99 FOR PARKING!!!! MY STATEMENT HAS TWO SEPERATE CHARGES FOR MY STAY, the one for the room was correct, the other charge for parking was not. We were given a QR code with our room key to use to pay the $20 charge (as stated by Booking.com) that the person checking us in said was $35...Regardless, it definitely was not $104.99. If the excuse is that it was for incidentals and should drop off my account...wrong it's been 17 days and they won't even acknowledge that they charged me. One of my rooms on my reservation had baby cockroaches in it. Went to get a new room, and none were available until the next day. Staff were able to refund for one of my rooms and got us into another room the next day.

We spent 2 days in the meeting room and it was 82 in there. They didn’t even try to make the room cooler. I think if you’re going to have a group there for a meeting there should atleast be air working. It was miserable.

Had to go to 4 floors to find a working ice maker with ice. Although everything was digital, had to search for the WiFi password. Bathroom still had used towels from last visitors hidden under the sink cabinet. Will not use Doubletree anymore.

The only thing I did not like that really isn't the hotels fault was the current construction next to the location. It easy to get into the hotel, but very hard to leave with the traffic always being busy due to construction.

Sink plug didn't work. Reported this after my first night and problem still not fixed when I checked out after third night. Restaurant closedy unexpectedly one night so I had candy bar for dinner.
