I did not like that there was a bug in my room, which I have photos of. I expected my room to be bug free and one pops from under my bed. I ended up having to keep my suit case and any other clothes on high places.

The gym was not bad. Plenty of parking.

Restaurant area is a bit small and not very inviting. The hotel was very hot during my stay - not sure if they had issues with aircon, but nothing was mentioned.

Convenient to football stadium

The toilet didn’t flush good. We told the front desk but it was never fixed. We didn’t get clean towels and wash clothes and had to call the front desk and was told we could come and get them. They ended up bringing them to us.

Nice enough but not nice enough to come back.

Low maintenance, not up to Hilton quality. Rusty fittings in the bathroom. Toilet sits right in the middle of the room limiting access to the sink, poor access to toilet paper under the sink.

Very long wait at check in, it was loud ( noise kept me up almost all night), barely any toilet paper in bathroom, no answer when I called room service or guest services, old shabby bed spreads and furnishing in room and throughout hotel in lobby.

Location was near our son's house.

There was a problem with our key (and 20 other rooms as well). We were there 4 days and had trouble getting into our room 3 of the 4 days. We did not eat breakfast there because they charge $11.00 a person for continental breakfast which we thought was ridiculous. There were 2 bottles of water in the room which were free for diamond guests but it said $1 for all others. We went to the store and bought our own coffee so we would not be charged for coffee. We did not use the hand soap so we would not be charged. There were only 2 coffee cups and 2 water cups in the room which the girl took when she cleaned the room. The maids did not speak English so we could not communicate with them to get additional cups. We will never stay in a Hilton again since they charge for every little thing in the room and do not adequately stock the room.

My brother and I traveled to attend my son’s graduation from the Army. We stayed 4 different places between Austin and San Antonio. The other 3 hotels were friendly and had free breakfast. Your hotel were 1.5 hours late for our check in. Yuni was pleasant and apologetic. Her co-worker was a complete B….! She had a huge chip on her shoulder and not friendly at all. She ruined our stay. They could have offered us free breakfast for them running late on check ins. They didn’t. Will never stay at a Hilton again. I do travel for work often and I will make sure that I spread the word to my associates. Stay away from Hilton.

Nice facility, good breakfast, loved the walking track in the back around the pond. The front desk clerk was very nice - we paid for breakfast, then she noticed breakfast was included in the room, so refunded our money, which I appreciated.

Aggressive, loud dog barking in the room across from mine - barked aggressively and loudly every time I went to go to enter my room, which startled me, as well as in the evening and other times, - I am 76 with high blood pressure - I complained to the front desk and she said she would wait to see if anyone else complains- they should have moved the person in the room with the dog - but the room was right across from mine. I certainly don't mind true service dogs but this is obviously not one - if a hotel is "pet friendly" the animals should be well behaved and not barking all day and night. Why do dogs have more rights than me, when I am paying for the room? This stressed me and ruined my stay. I want my money back.
