The only good thing was the price but I see why. The hotel needs to be remodeled. It's worn out raggedy

The first room we had the TV,phone, and ceiling fan/light didn't work. The second room the ceiling fan/light didn't work, the bathroom toilet has a big crack in it. I had to put a face towel around it so it wouldn't pinch us. The bathroom sink had a leak underneath, the tub is peeling and has mold. Cigarette holes in the curtains. Holes in the bathroom walls. I have the pictures too

Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Beds very comfortable and room very clean. Bathroom had recently been updated.

Spa pool was green. North gate locking mechanism to pool was rusty and needed to be strongly and forcefully pushed closed or it did not lock. Hot breakfast consisted of waffles and toast. No juice at all the last 5 of my 6 mornings there. Pillows were extremely lumpy and had no form. Every wall in my room had either holes, peeling paint or gouges.

Front office and the room smelled

Didn’t feel safe for us or our nice vehicle…… as soon as we got out of our car to walk the dog a man came over and said he wanted his black bag of jewelry that I took! But the receptionist gal was awesome!

Poor. This is not a hotel, but a halfway house. Should not be using “Wyndham”!

Could not take a bath because it was filthy. Only 1 small bath towel was provided.

I like the staff. They’re great especially Mikayla, and the other front desk girl as well as Jason in maintenance and housekeeping were all wonderful.

I’ve been here two months and the entire time the ice machine hasn’t worked, the hot tub is closed, the breakfast is not long enough and doesn’t have anything really good. Just waffles and cereal. The INTERNET is TRASH! That barely works and you have to sign in several times a day for no reason. That makes me angry.

I liked being able to get a refund. The ladies at the front desk were understanding, kind, and very professional. I also like the big star on the side of the building.

I didnt like the cigarette smell, mildew, stained/tattered bed sheets and sticky carpet in the first room. Had a hard time breathing in there (asthma) so asked to be moved. In the second room, I didn't like the stains on the walls, bug dust and who knows what(???) On the lampshades, the cigarette smell, dilapidated bathtub that literally had BLACK MOLD in it. leaking faucets, and that the toilet didnt flush. The fact that they moved us to a newly "clean room" and it was as described was a major insult. The elavator is on its last leg, didnt even bother looking at the pool. This hotel is a health hazard. Very seedy people, so expensivd for what you "get". Do not come here if you have asthma or any ounce of self respect.

It’s affordable, bed was comfy

I didn’t like that the bed had staining the towels weren’t the cleanest. There was a dead roach in the in the restroom and the trash was not taken out in the trashcan from previous tenant. However, it was OK there was no ice.

Staff were friendly. The breakfast area was good .

The bathroom was in need of some paint, though it was functional. The bed was okay but the type of pillows that were used I personally did not like. The location was good to where we needed to go but as it's on the highway and it was a Saturday night there was a lot of action!
