There is no central air but has a portable air conditioner it did its job but it did cause some leaking water. Staff was good at responding to it. And also the spa jet (bubbles) did not work.

Our ceiling was leaking and our bed was not comfortable. And mini fridge smell bad. We reported the office about the ceiling and she was said it will dry and they don’t have any room to give you. She really didn’t care. She was rude.

the mattress was unconformable perhaps it needs an upgrade, the TV never worked they have the Roku stick but even logging into my own streaming app would not work or it would cut off evert few minutes due to poor wifi, and could not even watch any other channels, the hot tub which is advertised as the highlight was of their rooms was a disaster the minute we tried to use it someone came knocking on our door to let us know that water was leaking on to the room below ours,
so we couldn't use it spa.
other than that the room was spacious and like I said the staff was very nice.

The beds... i think they all meed to be getting new ones asap. And ...some rooms ha e No curtains and u cam see straight into the Whole room because the floor unit portable a/c tube's going out the window... NEED curtains in ALL rooms asap ... otherwise amazing.

Beautiful property. Enjoyed the location, close to everything, very walkable. The in suite jacuzzi tub was wonderful after a long day. Balcony was nice for early morning coffee and relaxing. A nice little breakfast. This place was clean and simple. Perfect!
Not much to not like. I would say if you're sensitive to road noise then get a room farther from the street.

I did not like anything. One of the worst experiences I have ever had around the world.
Everything, there is nothing to save regarding this place. The structure is old, dirt (towels in particular) and without any kind of welcome vibe. Breakfast has the worst products ever, pure low-lost, full of sugar, snacks and juice. Personal has been grumpy and without any kind of grace. One of the two managers hasn't even responded to my "good morning". A total lack of manner.

rare example of a hot tub in a motel/cabin in BB and the property has a 'grey gardens aesthetic in fall, which was nice. Bedding was surprisingly cozy even if the duvet was stained there's some nice spots outside to sit if the weather is nice.
there wasn't a breakfast, or even coffee. fridge in the room smelled like a bad fishing trip, dude working the front desk was ...unpleasant. But there's enough bad reviews that you've got to kind of expect to count the things that suck and roll with it.

Location was convenient. Bed was comfy. Heater worked great.
Paid extra for a cabin with a spa tub, jets in the tub did not work and there was not enough hot water for the tub. Had a wood burning fire place in the cabin which was nice, but no one warned us to only put in a small amount of wood. The whole cabin got smokey. Front desk gave us a fan to clear the smoke but they were definitely annoyed that we bothered them. Continental breakfast was kinda sad for the price we paid for the cabin, it was basic gas station type breakfast food. The coffee was awful.

The property was well kept and filled with pine trees. You felt as if you were in a little alpine village. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our cabin was perfect and was fully equipped with everything we needed to make all our meals. The best thing was the fact that it’s dog friendly! Woof Woof.
I wish all windows had curtains (kitchen did not) and the towels were a little softer.
