Bathroom was tiny/awkwardly laid out. It worked OK for me on my own, but for a couple it would have been awkward opening the door to the shower area would have slammed in to someone at the sink area. Hotel laid out almost like a motel long and low

Horribly dated. The facade as well as the in room furniture is well past worn. Itรยรยขรยขรยรยฌรยขรยรยขs ridiculous that there is not a bedside lamp or clock with USB ports so that everyone can charge their electronics while using them in bed.

Staff felt bad for the 2 $40 parking tickets I received on the street because I couldn't fit into low garage entrance and let me through a service alley garage door, for 2nd night.
6' max parking garage entrance. TV didn't work half the time. No hot water at sink.

Excellent location and friendly staff! They kindly held my bag while I explored the city after check out. The remodeled room was very nice.
Just note that the property is under construction (Sep 2025) so there is some day-time noise, paint smells in the hall, and the elevator was out of order during my stay. This was all explained ahead of time and did not detract from my visit.

Very old carpet and the hotel has leaking issue that they moved me to another room
The hotel unapproved charge the credit card for extra amount despite the room was prepaid and the deposit for incidental was charged.
It took so long to reverse the charges and the staff said only the manager has access to the administrative issue and more than 3 days the issue has not been resolved.
Upon check out the unapproved charge is still on my credit card despite the staff said that it has been reversed

Bad service they promised us a refund and hotel and booking failed to accommodate me
They didnโt know what they were doing tried to give someone else our room Locked us out and weโre rude. Told us if we didnโt like it we could leave. Booking did nothing to help us and hotel wonโt answer after they promised us a full refund.
Booking customer service is unhelpful and the people in the Philippines hung up on me.

the staff were very friendly and kind when we had questions. They always greeted us with a smile and did their best to help us in the circumstances.
When we checked in the water in our bathroom was not clean and came out brown due to renovations. It would've been nice if they would fix this before allowing us to check in. The keys also didn't work and every time we needed to go in our room we needed to ask the front desk to come with us to open which was frustrating. The elevator also was not working.

No heat, no hot water, front desk did not answer phone. Ice machine broke on our floor. Bathrooms the size of a closet. Way too expensive. I donโt care if youโre located in the city of Boston. That does not mean you can cheat people out of comfort.

The check-in staff was very friendly.
The state of hotel repairs was far more extensive than described on the website. The room was very close to the street, and the sound of construction vehicles was audible late into the night. There was also visible mold on the ceiling of the room.

The place was completely under construction, messy entryway, noisy in the entryway. We would have not stayed there, knowing it was under construction, disappointed for our vacation that we had to stay in a place like that. The location was very goodโclose to conference centres and the center of town, yet not as expensive as some hotels. I think one thing to add to the guest experience would be to add a little more to the complimentary breakfast. The room was newly remodeled and very nice.
The shower was bit strange and didn't drain properly.

The hotel charred my card $116 after I already prepaid for my room. I called to ask about the charge and they said they didnโt know what it was for, the manager would have to look at it and call me back. Nothing. What a sham. No receipt was provided.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, the star-rating should be higher. Olivia, in the front desk, is amazing and always was willing to help if needed. The room is very modern and the hotel is located in a really good area, near malls and public transportation.
The only thing I didn't like from the hotel is that they only have one AC/Heating system for the whole hotel; which means that during the winter they only have the heater on, so in order for you to get your room cooler you need to open the window.

Our only wish would be that the hotel had more options for accesible accommodations. In a lot of ways not the best wheel chair friendly. Yes they have a lift but layout over all could use some major accessibility upgrades.

When we first arrived, the hotel did not meet my expectations. The room was tiny and not the size that was advertised. Olivia was a delight. She changed our room the next day, and we were connected to the room with the other party that we traveled with. The place was very clean, smelled good, and the lighting was much better when we moved into the room. The internet was a little slow but workable. There was a BIG snowstorm coming, and our train reservation was cancelled, and we were lucky enough to get a car rental. We live 10 hours away from Boston. We requested to speak with management because we had to check out on Sunday instead of Monday. We waited around for management to arrive to speak with them before we left to address the billing matter of having to leave a day early. We ended up leaving before check-out on that Sunday, February 22, 2026. At checkout, we provided the keys, and it was confirmed that the checkout was ok. On Monday, February 23, 2026 around 2 pm, I received a phone call asking if I had checked out. I was confused. Check out is at 11 am and we had checked out on Sunday, February 22, 2026, cleaned the room thoroughly, and returned the key. I called yesterday, Monday, January 25, 202,6 and there was still no manager available to address my concerns. I spoke with one of the desk clerks who was rude(Darunie-I know its spelled wrong), who did not respond to my questions when I asked to speak with someone over the manager because I had not gotten a response. Finally, she gave me this email: [email protected]. I have emailed this individual twice to address my early check out and refund availability and the return of my 600.00 for incidental fees. My rooms were 102 and 103, connecting rooms. Coming from a strong management background, communication is key, and I have not received this from this manager. Price is amazing, management availablly and response was poor.
Management has yet to call or respond to my emails.

Everything was superb. My room was very large and the cleaning staff are equally as skilled as they are personable. Front desk staff Are exceptional. Theyโre skilled and seem to enjoy being there it shows. Jonas- from front desk had a bag of chips that he gave me when my Canadian card wasnโt working at the little tuck shop. I canโt wait to stay there again.
Itโs like a maze as itโs wide not tall. Once you figure out there- youโre good.

Everything was perfect for me, clean, great location, great price. Staff were very accommodating at the end of our stay and allowed us to leave our bags after check out.
The layout was confusing at first but this cannot be helped and exit signs helped find the lobby. I also couldnโt get the room safe to work but I didnโt ask for assistance as it wasnโt necessary for me
