Doors in bad shape, never painted, floors and countertops sticky, bed sheets dirty, tv didnt work, bathroom fan not worked at all. In general this hotel needs a lo of attention to be opened to the public. Does not deserve any stars.

The front desk person was very nice. He was the only thing good about the place.
Let me start by saying I am not happy I have to even give one star. The room was filthy. I used a bath towel and hair that was not mine fell out of it. By the way, the bath towels are the size for toddlers. I saw an old used hair tie with old hair (not mine) wrapped around the bathroom doorknob. I had no wifi, i was moved to a room with the wifi next to it and still had no wifi. My room smelled wet and damp, like musky and dirty smelling. The pictures on the wall and light fixtures had dust all over them. You know i paid 630 dollars total for a 2 night stay. I will NEVER return.

The bed was super comfortable! The comforter/bedspread was heavy, which resulted in a great night's sleep! I needed to stay an additional night and the front desk person was phenomenal! He was able to accommodate my request at the same price that I had booked the room online. The room had its own balcony which was very nice! the shower was hot with great water pressure. This motel exceeded my expectations other than the price.
The motel is improving its rooms, which are very nice. Once the renovations are complete this will be an excellent place to stay.

Had to change rooms twice: first room malodorous, second room had no curtains so I had to use a bedsheet on the curtain hinge for my first night, final room was in a poor state but no other rooms were available. My final room was next door to hotel staff staying overnight, it was constantly loud, I could hear them using a blender past 11pm, and hosting group gatherings in the room well into midnight.

It was close to where I wanted to be.
Unpainted, unfinished room. Used condoms under the bed. Cleaning services failed do the job. A substance smeared on the bathroom door that resembled feces. I was called at 11:53pm. The call was to see if I was coming. The front desk failed to notify booking.Com that I arrived. I was threatened with extra charges. I was also charged another night's stay 3 weeks later. I'm still disputing the charges. I tried to call the hotel to complain. I got a service company on the phone. There are no answers to any problems.

i liked the king size bed. It was comfortable. I liked the private little patio where I could smoke my cigarettes.
There was no elevator to 2nd floor and my suitcase was very heavy and difficult to lug up an entire flight of stairs after traveling all day and just wanting to rest. The motel is in pretty rundown shape and overpriced for its condition. The walls, the floors, the toilet all could use an upgrade. But it seemed clean enough.

There was a very old smoke detector that was surely expired. The room met 1 star quality. Bed was like a cot. Sparkles wall that was not finished being repaired. Poor water pressure. Low quality towels. Patio dead bolt didnt even work.

Very nice area, the canal on the property was very cool. I didn't use the pool but that seemed very nice as well.
The room though clean had a few issues. There was an un-finished patch in the wall afew electrical outlets did not have covers and the one in the kitchen did not work at all.

The hotel is a disaster waiting to happen and a complete fire risk, furthermore, almost nothing worked. The TV didn't work, the room didn't look like it did in the photos, the radio didn't work, there were half-assed installed wall sockets with plugs wedged behind a bed, waiting for a fire to occur.

Bed bugs were in the mattress. We checked in, went out to dinner, came back and noticed some abnormal staining and found the mattress was infested with bed bugs. We were not provided a refund because their inspection did not find "roaches". Beware!!
I provided pictures of the bed bugs and they denied they existed and failed to provide a refund. Unethical. The room looks nothing of what is in the advertising. Broken electrical fixtures - not safe.

There is not a single thing that was good about this hotel. It was in a terrible location of Cape Coral. There was no awning. There was yellow tape around the building. People gawking on staircases.There was plywood on the floors and windows. DEATH TRAP!

The location
The front desk manager was very upset abput the rate we got. The kitchens were not working and there fire alarm battery kept beeping. They moved us to another room, but the kitchen was disgusting. I was waiting for bugs to come out of it.
