The hotel location was perfect for my Lollapalooza vacation. It was only a ~15-minute walk to the North entrance of the concert. My room was awesome! It had a quiet floor, the bed was comfy, and the shower and shower gel (Zero%) were terrific. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. No problems! Awesome room cleaning service too!
I didn't particularly appreciate that the ice machine was on the 10th floor, and I had to go to the fitness room to fill up my water bottle daily. That was my only complaint.

Location was great. Walking distance to many attractions, and convenient to bus stops and CTA rail. Numerous restaurants in walking distance. Room was adequate, and bathroom and shower very good.
The pillows were extremely soft. Had to use 2 to sleep and had to pile up 4 to sit up and read or watch tv. Can't think of anything else.

Good location with professional staff that were extremely helpful and courteous. They couldn’t do enough for you.
Didn’t like the fact that they served packs of Ketchup, salt and pepper as well as other condiments. They should provide guests with bottles of condiments and have salt and pepper shakers on the tables.
