Very good Liked: Front desk personal so courtesy and cooperative. Rooms was clean, and spacious, was having iron and iron table, as well hair drier (blower), refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Free parking included. Beds were comfortable. Place is good for stay one or two nights, good location. Disliked: Even when reserved specified breakfast included, I was told that the breakfast area was not in service after the covid pandemic and they aren't having breakfast service anymore. Being a non-smoking hotel, the elevator, stairs and halls smelled bad, as somebody smoked.

Liked: Nothing Disliked: Dirty very slow draining sink and tub. Poor water pressure. Like really bad water pressure. Burnt holes in the sheets. Very slow elevator and it was pretty gross as well.

Exceptional Liked: The front desk receptionist (Syed I believe) was super attentive, welcoming, and displayed incredible professionalism when encountering difficult situations. It was clear he took pride in providing a great customer experience. The location was nice as well because it was close to the Jarvis stop, which made it easy to travel on the El. Overall, a great stay. Disliked: It was fine. Nothing bad to report on.
