The room was gorgeous, great views, great amenities, kind staff

The doors in the hallways kinds slam shut, and you can hear it in your room. Made for noisy mornings between people leaving their rooms, and cleaning staff going in and out.

The hotel staff is extremely helpful. I booked at the last minute after arriving at a disappointing nearby hotel. Sean at reception was very accommodating at finding a room with early check-in. He then upgraded me to a corner king suite with a beautiful view. The room is comfortable and exceptionally clean with all expected amenities.

Ahmed at reception greeted us and set the tone. He took his time answering our questions and giving tips on places to walk, What a great welcome. Room service was on the ball, fast, reasonably priced and elegant, Everything worked. Great channels on the TV. Fabulous shower. Unbelievable location. We are walkers and this is the best!

Great location, nice rooms

We asked for ice twice and didn’t get it. They have no free coffee as they used to. Our room wasn’t cleaned until after 3 p.m. and we had to ask for it one of the days. Since the Hyatt took over, it is not quite the boutique experience as it was before.

Great location and staff. They were very helpful and the restaurant had a great selection of healthy food.

The rooms need a refresh for the price. It was very expensive for the rooms looking a bit beat up and chipped.

The room but not much other amenities in the hotel. Gym was lack luster and no business center feels like you have much to improve on still.

Hidden fees at check out of “destination fee” , no amenities in the hotel. The gym is hardly that and there was no location for me to work other than inside my room, a business center would go a long way.

The aesthetic of the room and hotel in general, the ease of valet service, and check-in. Considering one of the nearby garages was $50 for the same time frame, paying the $80 valet service for 8-24 hours was worth it for someone who doesn't drive in big cities more than once or twice a year.

The beds were comfortable, but I generate a lot of heat when I sleep. I'll swear that I was boiling in the comforter and sheets provided while heating the entire room at the same time. It isn't a problem everyone has, but the breathability of the fabric made for a night of interrupted sleep for me.

The room itself was excellent. The front desk staff was efficient and very helpful. 5 stars for them!

The lobby smelled absolutely terrible. Not sure if it was the combination of people at the bar and smells off the street but it was awful.
