Room was located too close to the front desk on the 2nd floor. It was very loud. No working tv to drown out sounds. Shower didnt have a shower caddy. It looked like it was removed.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was also quiet and had a pretty good breakfast!

There is no elevator, which wasnt an issue for me but was for older family members.

I was given a floor room close to the area where my car was parked. It made things very convenient for me, physically and time wise.

The access door to the outside/inside would not accept the keycard, so access was through the main office door. Someone put a small rock in the exit door which made our trips in and out shorter.

The staff was nice, food at breakfast was good. Accessibility was great for me with my dogs.

Hot tub was lukewarm. They’re supposed to be hot. Was extremely disappointed with that. I stayed there specifically for the hot tub, only spent 5 minutes in it the second night because it was colder than the first night.

The room was clean and large - we booked the suite. The front staff were also so kind and helpful. AND, the sidewalk had been shoveled due to a snowstorm the night before!

Yes, the AC/Heater was loud and kept cycling on and off all night.

Location is terrible. Situated amongst business. Not appealing. Uber turned down my requests due to location. Unpleasant smell on the premises. Did not clean my room until I asked. I eventually had to leave the hotel and seek alternate accommodation at extra cost. Hotel did not refund. Said I had to get it from you. I emailed and to date have not got a refund from you. Will not be using you again.

The location was good I can complain about that and I liked that the room had 2 ac units

I wasn’t told my soaking tub was broken besides the GM Phil who did his best to get me accommodated the best way he could the rest of the staff I can’t say the same they lost a repeat costumer because they couldn’t even call me before I took a 3 hour drive. Luckily I was able to check out the first night and not made to stay the second night as I had originally planned

Staff was super helpful and nice when we arrived.

The handicap room didn’t have a working properly air conditioner. It would not stay on and it only worked when set in 61 degrees some. The staff had to come and get it to turn on in the middle of the Night. The room keys didn’t work properly and staff had to come help in the early morning. Not enough people helping with the phones when we tried to call to handle issues with our reservation.

Breakfast was awesome. The breakfast staff was friendly. There was a new employee training at breakfast in training. She had an exceptional attitude. All of front office was friendly. Staff member I recall his name, Chris seemed to go out of his way to be friendly. Also, manager Philip was friendly.

The beds and pillows were not that comfortable. My room was cleaned probably twice the four days I was there. Someone who stayed there must have had dogs because since I slept in bed I was getting small bites maybe like possibly lice. I called to complain to management. Never heard back or offered compensation of any kind for this inconvenience. I went to CVS to purchase something for lice/bed bites or whatever it was. This was disappointing . Location was odd, but close to many surrounding businesses. I probably would not return do the situation with beds and bites.
