I like the security of the hotel, couldn't get to the rooms without the room key to operate the elevator. The breakfast food was great. The hotel was clean and bright. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The parking was valet and in a cover garage (additional cost). It was quite and ckean.

Nothing. We stayed one night and didn't have any issues.

We enjoyed our stay. We were there for 4 days to help with my sons post surgery. The staff was very courteous and allowed us to do a late check out considering his non ability to move quickly.

The parking expense was very expensive.

The valet was wonderful and super nice. The rooms were very clean and had very nice bathrooms.

The front desk staff were not the most helpful and the person who checked us in lied to us about multiple things including payment and breakfast times.

Breakfast was good lots of selection and the location was great. Lots of shops and restaurants with in walking distance.

We got in late and the entrance was hard to find. The woman at the front desk couldnt check us in and it took 20 minutes , it wa 3am when we entered the lobby we didnt get to our room until 330. Also there is no airport shuttle and they were not helpful with getting transportation. The bathroom had hair in the tub. The sheets were scratchy and ooor quality.

Closs to a popular area.

Parking is terrible and it's a tough neighborhood across from a mass transit hub.

The hotel was stunning and modern. The room we had was fantastic as far as value, cleanliness, welcoming, and the view was quite spectacular!

The bed was pretty comfortable but somewhat softer than we prefer. The area is great for getting around and walking downtown but the amount of homeless people in the area was daunting. Also, we were not told that housekeeping is on request only and $25.00 a day for parking seemed a bit steep.

We loved the location. It was very walkable. The valet parking was convienent and quick. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast.

We had to ask for sheets for the pull-out bed twice and they were not brought. I finally walked to the lobby to get sheets and extra towels. We didn't have enough toilet paper later in the stay. We had to walk to the lobby to get more (and then wait while they found it.) The first morning we were there no one was working the front desk and we couldn't find anyone to answer questions. We were told the incorrect start time for breakfast and had to wait yet. There were several others also waiting for breakfast, so when it was served it ran out quickly and we had to wait again.

Great hotel in the heart of Colorado Springs. The staff was great and the amenities were perfect. Me and my son really enjoyed the breakfast and the atmosphere. The hotel was quiet and easy to navigate. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved everything!

Location was good for a cheaper alternative to the Gaylord hotel where the conference was based. All the hotels are based round this area so all the eateries are nearby. Area is specifically for close proximity to highways and airport so you get what you need in that sort of area.

Check-in they didn't have the rooms we had booked. So there was some issue in the room types and also cost. Got one accessibility room which did not have any bedside tables which was inconvenient. No housekeeping despite the door hanging sign. No ironing board in one of the rooms. Also check-out staff were giving off a bit of an attitude.

We have stayed at this hotel twice while on a road trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities excellent with a very good breakfast. We liked the central, downtown location as we able to enjoy walking to the local restaurants. Instead of using the hotels valet service we used the car park opposite the hotel for $10 a night.
