.This is a nice propery . Very clean. Shuttle to the airport is a bonus.
No working lights in main room. Unhelpful front desk staff. We were told the shuttle leaves every half hour first come first serve. We got downstairs at 350am for 4am shuttle. It never came. Front desk clerk did not seem to care. At 426am a dri er arrived and was great but we were frustrated by the lack of response from the desk clerk.

We stayed at Element literally a total of 9 hours, came in from a late flight and had an early morning one out. The hotel was close to Dallas Love Field, they had a shuttle to and from the airport. The onsite staff was amazing recommending someplace in walking distance still open to eat at (it was midnight). The room was spacious and CLEAN

Decor. Comfort. Close to the airport. Free shuttle.
Staff. From the shuttle drivers to the check in. All but one employee seemed very bothered and annoyed by everything.

The location and shuttle every 1/2 hr made very convenient because I needed to board a plane early the next morning. It was also easy to check in and out. The facilities were very clean and sound proof so I felt comfortable and slept well. The bartender that put in a salad order for me provided excellent service.
There was a frig but no microwave, which I needed but may have overlooked when reading the amenities when I booked the room. Because there was no microwave I opted to go to the down stairs restaurant.
I saw there was a bar but it wasn’t clear to me this was where I order food, I felt a bit awkward figuring out what to do. I have to say, the bar tender who took my order made it easy and was very polite.
Also, although the staff at the front desk did answer my questions, they could have been a little more friendly. I was in town for my Sister’s memorial service feeling emotional and this was my first time at this hotel, I was confused about a couple of things, being less business like and not assuming I knew where the restaurant is for instance, would have been helpful.

It was really nice. The room was nice and cozy. The breakfast was wonderful and the lady running. It was so sweet.
Although the room was really nice, it smelt really musty and mildewing.. I brought a room spray. Because I like my rooms to smell nice and girly. The smell overpowered my room spray.

The beds were very comfortable.
The unannounced valet parking.
The multiple sounds throughout the night tunneling through the AC vent system was not pleasant.
A conversation between 2 loud men was hears at 4 am. It's unsure if they were next door or if the conversation was heard through the AC vent.
A door closed around 5am and sounded like it was in our room.
The overall material used to build the hotel is of poor quality. I can only imagine this is the same for other aloft hotels, however I am not willing to pay to test this out at any aloft location.

The location is perfect for travel out of Love Field. The rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable.
The price seems a bit steep for what seems like a fly in fly out hotel. Even though the rooms are clean the condition needs better upkeep. There is paint needed. General repairs such as the sliding door in our room was off the track.

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Lighting in the room was tragic. I could not regulate the air conditioning. I could not decipher the instructions to arrange a wake-up call. And to top it off, the bar had only one choice of bourbon!!!!

We liked having access to shuttle to and from the airport and option to park car while we were away for the week.
Breakfast is not included yet Element is attached to Aloft and they have an amazing breakfast option. Aloft you have to purchase breakfast.

Great location to Love Field. Would have rated Value as "5 Stars" but charging $17 to park my car was not what I expected. Other locations do not charge to park.
Charged for parking on site. A little much.

Jennifer was very accommodating & welcoming when we had issues upon arrival. She worked with us to resolve the issues and made our stay better.
The smell of the room we were given smelled like mist and there were paint chips at the bottom of the shower. We brought this to the attention of the manager at the time and was greeted with attitude and told that we needed to get there earlier to get better rooms (had a late flight so it was out of our control). We were then told we can get a room in the attached hotel, but we would have to pay additional cost because we were “upgrading” to a different room.

Love that everything was clean. Beautiful water pressure. Comfy bed, extra pillows. Cool room set up. Free coffee and lemon water in the lobby. Much needed water after being out in the super hot Texas sun!
A few notable things.. very inadequate supplies for anything beyond one cup of coffee. The holder for the coffee pod was missing so I floated the pod in my cup and then fished it out. Gotta make things work when traveling! The shower is beautiful but a hazard. There isn't any kind of non slip on the floor and when it was wet, it was slick. Maybe someone forgot the pad in the shower? Lastly, I stayed the night at a hotel with the same price point a few weeks prior. Breakfast was included. The listing for this hotel says "continental" breakfast. There wasn't any at all. We had to pay 10.00 each for a continental plus scrambled eggs and sausage bar at the attached element motel. Considering there is not a single place for breakfast within walking distance, this was disappointing.
