Leaving the next morning.
Arrived late at night and walked into the office where we were met with a sign reading "Back in 10 minutes". We had to speak through a 1 inch plate glass window; walked in the room and immediately wanted to leave but it was too late; we both found a small hole in the bedding, bathroom made you not want to use it, bathroom door had to be forced closed; the only place I have ever stayed where I didn't want to take a shower. We made it through the night then checked out early to go find another hotel. We were not given a refund for the second night but I feel it was worth it to leave.

The front desk mgr is not very friendly. The cleaning crew and maintenance staff were great. The property is full of drug dealers and prostitutes. Seriously the buyers would pull up and drug dealers( multiple) would come to car. The excessive traffic was serious issue for guest safety. The sell and use of meth is very obvious. The property provided security until 4pm and afterwards its a war zone. The security guard warned to be aware due to the excessive drug and prostitution. After the 1st night I attempted to get refund but the property would have to respond which they never replied to my knowledge. I am suprised that booking.com had not confirmed condition of property and repeatedly allows places like this to be an option on their site.
I left early without a refund. Very disappointed with services and follow up with booking.com

Had air conditioning while the power was out in our home and it was good and convenient but didn’t meet our expectations and standards. It was a good place to rest in that situation thankfully

The room was filthy. The mirror was missing, the bathroom towels were disgusting and I'm sure not washed. My daughter put her socks on the floor, resting there and when they were picked up they had visible dirt on them.
There was not one thing I liked about this establishment. The lobby person didn't speak to us at all, charged us more than was mentioned

Was definitely a darker area.. AS REPEATED COMPLAINED ABOUT and I was hoping we’d get luck, NO SAFETY LOCK ON DOOR. Could easily be kicked in.. very very unsettling. Isn’t this actually illegal? I’m definitely gonna look into it.. way too many complaints and let’s just say questionable guests around not to need the extra safety. Was with my 13 yr old son for Cook’s appointment.. would not stay with my child there again.

Was charged twice - my error (reserved the wrong day on booking app) but the person working there wouldn’t grant the switch. So, I paid for two nights. I didn’t argue with them because my flight was canceled and I needed a place to stay (1am).
It’s a 1-star motel. I knew what to expect but I was just frustrated with the hotel workers at the desk.

*It was not clean at all, had no hotel safety lock on inside, non smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes and weed.
*Sketchy people just hanging around outside all night, pacing in front of the window, hanging out on the stairs, talking loudly on the balcony.
A good cleaning and not doing false advertisement with photos that are not of this location would have been nice.

First off the room looks nothing like the pictures, when I first open my door a roach instantly ran across the floor they were on the table and walls so I went right back to the office and told him to give me another room , the second room i went in looked so horrible the wall paint was terrible there was mold beside my bed , I had stains on my cover including the wall and my shower didn’t have a shower head and the shower curtain looks like a bed sheet ,the toilet seat looked beat up and not clean , the whole room smells like cigarettes , the A.C unit sucks I literally had to sleep half naked cause it was so hot , I came all the way from Mississippi so I didn’t have a option to go back home and wasn’t comfortable enough to sleep in the car since I’m not familiar with the area and THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK

Horrible Inn. Room smelled like cigarettes & death. There were SEVERAL holes in the bedding. Roaches everywhere, even has the audacity to get on the bed. Mind you, when I walked I already knew to check for bedbugs and thankfully I always travel with my insecticide…but no, the damn roaches were immune to it. I’ve stayed in inns before and they were at least decent. Don’t get me started on the bathroom. Horrible experience, I cancelled the rest of my stay there, would’ve cancelled as soon as I checked in but it was already late. Really couldn’t sleep because I was terrified of a roach climbing my body. Don’t do it.

They charged a deposit of 20 dollars cash before they would let us in the room that we had already payed for online.then upon leaving they would not give us the 20 cash deposit back and they were very rude and vulger language when we ask for the deposit back.so no it was no good deal at all and I feel like I should be refunded for the way I was talked to and ripped off by the manager of the place
