I enjoyed the convenience of the location. And how quiet it was at night.
The room was very dirty the sink was unwashed and had what looked like drunk vomit in it. One of the beds had brown stains in the sheets and hair. The carpet was very sticky and had lumps in it. I kept tripping.
Room keys wouldn't work on the east entrance. We would have to walk all the way around with our things. Quite annoying.
One of the exits leaving the facility was chained off for no apparent reason forcing all guests to use 1 very tight entrance and exit. I nearly got hit twice coming out of the facility. There was no reason to congest everyone into one exit entrance when there is a perfectly good one. The security kept parking there to block. Makes no sense.

Ive stayed at another Embassy Suite and while that one was immaculate, I have to say this one was equivalent to a motel 6. the property looked old and worn down. The pool area was gross. the rooms were wayyyyy outdated NOT WORTH close to $200. I was extremely disappointed and sad that I raved to my fianc about how amazing staying at an Embassy Suite is. but that was not the case. it was terrible

Nothing. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Rude front desk agents did not even ask me more than my name at the desk without making me wait 30 minutes being ignored until my family came to the desk. Gave me a room somebody else was in.
Had an attitude after we came back to the desk to tell him it was somebody's room. Gave me another room with keys that did not work. Security had to pry smoke alarms out of wall at midnight due to them going off on the middle of the night. Truly inhumane

Location was ideal to the Dallas Market Center.that is why we booked at that hotel. It was easy to access to and from the Market Center. The overall feel of the hotel is wonderful the staff was nice and polite.
When we arrived we discovered we are being charged $20 a night for parking in an unsecured nongated lot, just a standard hotel lot. Very disturbed at that, then the rooms the faucet could be moved around due to not being solidly attached to the counter. The mini fridge moved every time you opened or closed the door. The carpet was in desperate need of cleaning we didn't walk around barefoot at all. The housekeeping staff would come in daily and make the bed and tidy the room which was wonderful but not take out any dirty breakfast dishes or take out the trash, you had to place it in the hallway to get them to remove them. Overall we were there for 5 nights and the ac never got below 73 degrees.

The rooms smelled like PEE like someone pissed all over the room, the refrigerator was broken, and so was the Keurig machine. It irritated me so bad I didn't even go tell them bc I'm sure they know they just don't care. These rooms are not cheap clearly Hilton needs to pay their employees more bc they aren't happy. The hotel is piss poor!

Saw a cockroach, room looked and smelled old/outdated, bathtub drained really slowly, towels had long black curly hairs wrapped in them, only had one mirror in the bathroom (none in room, no full body), door wouldn't shut properly, half of the room was burning up because AC only blew on one side, had to pay $20 for parking at the hotel and still had to drive around waiting for a spot to open up, walls were paper thin and we could hear multiple doors shutting, barely any outlets near the beds

The bathroom tub hot water faucet was frozen shut, the toilet water was turned off, the sink cold water handle was broken and the maintenance person didn't have the right tools or parts to repair and recommend we get reimbursed.

I had gotten a 2 two bedroom suite paid $562 for the room for one night in no one didnt take they time to come fix the toilet we first used it in it didnt flush in we did call in told them but no one fixed so we only had one bathroom we can used. But other than that I loved the room.

The room was dated. Microwave had mismatched parts. Bathrooms were nice, but needed some love. Finishing parts were loose. Lights were dim or not working. Had to remove the tub drain stopper to get the tub to drain. Room really needs to be updated. Furniture was nice but old. Beds were comfy.

I loved the layout of the rooms. When traveling with children them having their own space provides us a bit more relaxation. I also loved the breakfast options. The pool was nice too!
There were not enough blankets/pillows for the pull out bed and when we called down to ask about it we were told they would deliver some. After 45 mins we went to the front desk to be told they were out in the whole hotel.
