Coffee people want their coffee quick and especially don't want to leave your room and go all the way down to the lobby and then wait for that machine to take forever to make mediocre coffee. It's especially annoying at breakfast rush-hour.
The ice machine made a racket every 20-30 minutes all night.

Had a guy working at the counter who I was not even talking to start yelling at me for no reason when I was talking to another guy. He was so rude and to be honest I go through the Dallas area often and I don't think I will be back there because of this guy. I think he needs to be let go if he can't be a people person. I had been in a parking lot for almost 5 hours with my family in the heat because of a flat tire and when I finally got to that hotel he came running outside saying do you get a room because if you don't then you need to get one just to park here. I said I was about to book a room. He rolled his eyes and stomped off into the hotel. So I talked to the other guy there. I got the room for 2 nights because how long it took me to get the tow trucks to pick us up. The rest of the employees were nice and friendly but that would not be a reason for me to go back. I won't want to run back into that guy.

I was upgraded to a suite because they couldn’t give me the 2 queen bed room I reserved. Even with 2 thermostats I could not cool down the room to sleep comfortably. Also, when I checked into the room I found worms in the toilet which was very off putting and I wouldn’t use that bathroom any during my stay.

The staff was friendly, the building was very clean, the bed comfortable. The soap, shampoo & conditioner in the room was a nice name brand.
Hard to find even with GPS. I use a wheelchair, the elevator doors constantly started closing while I was trying to get to it. I reserved a roll in shower in an Accessable room. It may have been "accessable" but not a roll in. The tub bench flooded the bathroom when I tried to use it because it hung over the side of the tub, so had to call house keeping to get a shower chair. Quite hours were posted but not enforced. The snack food/cold food area was poorly stocked. No plates or utilities were offered, had to request from front desk.

I had an incident with my young Daughter waking up to a maintenance man with a toilet brush in his hand, standing in our room. He said he was called to fix the toilet, we never called, the desk manager tried to make LOTS of excuses, but Nothing he could’ve said would’ve made it excusable.

The card key seemed a little "janky" to the room. It worked, but wasn't consistent when opening. The facilities weren't the cleanest and the staff sometimes didn't seem friendly.

The hotel is updated and clean. The check in ladies were super nice! It was super quiet despite being right on Harry Hines.
No coffee maker in the room. I asked at the front desk as we were going out if we could get one. Front desk said yes we could get one when we got back. When we returned and talked to the night staff she said they don’t give them for the rooms. I explained that the staff earlier said to just let her know that we could get one. She said again they don’t give them out to rooms. The air in the room ran constantly but never really got cold just cool.

I didn’t like that the train went by frequently and my room was close to the tracks, The exterior of the hotel was being painted and the JLG when moved was beeping and a guest in the room next to us was very loud. The noise was annoying.

Great location!! Definitely close drive to all the things we wanted to do, and plenty of restaurant options nearby. Hotel room was nice and comfy. Loved having a refrigerator in our room, plus the chairs for a little seating area was a nice reprieve from only sitting on the beds. The front desk staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent stay!!
Elevators seemed to be having an issue, but they resolved it pretty quick, so not necessarily a huge negative just a small mention.

It was good for the price point, and convenience in location. The Wifi was good, as was the desk facilities to work from.
The breakfast area was well attended, and could have had some more offerings. The elevator slow, also others dictated the volume of the TV in the common area, even whilst others were watching.
