The location.
The A/C wasn't working appropriately. The room was too warm, the phone was broken, the middle table did not charge our phones,and the cable was not plugged in. I notified the front office staff and all they said was I will make note. I left a day early and emailed to advise them on the issues. I have yet to hear back from them.

So many different options for breakfast. Me and my kids loved it and made sure we woke up super early. We loooooved that there was a coffee maker in our room and a mini fridge and a microwave.
The staff of the different work shifts were awesome and patient with me.
The hotel overall was very clean and maintenance right
The room was very spacious.
The hard towels. And there was a bar of soap instead of liquid hand soap.

Breakfast was the only thing that made me stay just a little exciting. They have a variety of choices . Cereal to waffles to eggs and sausage.
One staff member was rude the entire time. Giving attitude and rolling her eyes about every concern I had. First room we had was nasty and not cleaned at all. Roach in microwave, hole in the closet door, floor black, dresser drawers all sticky. Move to second room and pretty much the same thing minus the roaches. Then we were blamed for noise complaints about loud music and stomping. Both was a lie but we were on 4 th floor and not sure how they wanted us “people” to walk besides normal. Everything smelled like weed. Rips in shower curtain and furniture and was told I would have to pay for damages … how would they know I didn’t cause damages if they don’t even clean the rooms? Manager didn’t really resolve anything either. Not worth the price at all.

Very clean. Spacious for price, lots of choices for breakfast.. Friendly staff at lobby desk. There is an airport shuttle service to Love Field in morning and evening, and on my visit when there was no driver available they paid for a Lyft service for me.
Room soundproofing was better than many other places I have stayed.
Pillows appeared to be feathers that had very prominent spines/ quills that could be felt even through the two pillow cases. A choice of non allergic pillows would be good.
Wish the breakfast dishes and coffee cups were not foam.

The hotel is very clean, the staff friendly, helpful and attentive. The included breakfast was a great way to start the day, it's a basic hot and cold spread but it was tasty, fresh and filling. The bed was super comfortable and the room a great size.
My only down sides were the shower lacked a little bit of water pressure and a small table and second single chair in the room would've been great, but that's just being a little bit picky. Neither really detracted from our stay, just observations.

Very clean room, good breakfast. Very helpful to have airport shuttle to Love Field.
The location was quite aways from the nearest bus stop, about 20 mins and not at all close to the Dart light rail. The airport shuttle made that a moot point. If in Dallas again, I would return to La Quinta, Love Field because of the convenient airport shuttle. If the shuttle would drop us off at the bus stop or light rail, that would be even better.

The best thing about this hotel was the waffle maker at breakfast and the suite that I got was big enough for my family. Oh, and the pet policy
Room was not ready at check in time. Had to ask for housekeeping every day, they didn't show. Same stale food served 3 days in a row for breakfast. Pool was super cold and dirty. No blankets on sofa sleeper

Check out was easy. The Location of the room was right by the elevator, I loved that. The night clerk was very kind when he came in. The setup of the room was nice.
The clerk made the check in more lengthy than I felt it should have been. The room wasn't filthy, but the refrigerator and bathroom could have been cleaner. The hotel conveince store wasn't stocked properly so we had to leave to get food and personal items.

Free hot breakfast was great (fyi the waffle is not in the shape of Texas) and it was very clean with nothing fingerprints on high traffic areas… well except the bathroom door could have used a little wipe down. Other than that the carpets were in great shape, the headboards were clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
There wasn’t much I didn’t like. Everyone was courteous and the hotel amenities were very good. I wanted to hit the gym but just didn’t have enough energy or time.

It was close to love field and cute restaurants around town to eat at.
The cable didn’t work, the bed spread was stained, the pictures were backwards, the door didn’t latch when closing it to leave. The elevators smelled like weed & no one was friendly at all in attempting to help us.
