The room was very comfortable, everything was clean, and the staff was friendly.

We were not a fan of the location of the property, it seemed like it was a war from everything, the parking was set up very weird and we had to pay to park when our car was just parked across the street in a small lot, th area it was located and the hallways inside just felt sketchy

This property was right next to the event we were attending so it made commuting super easy. Plus the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful.

The floors in the room had dirt and dust in several of their corners so it made us a little concerned about the cleanliness of the room.

The staff and how close it is from the city center

The surrounding area there were so many homeless people and high as a kite as well and the pool was super dirty murky and not been cleaned of bugs recently

The staff and the hotel were amazing, It was very cool to be staying in a 110 yr old building. Robert was the best ever as soon as we arrived his professionalism and hospitality set the standard. We will definitely be returning.

There was only 1 negative issue. It was having to do with the valet. With that being said all of the valet personnel were outstanding, courteous and professional except 1 valet attendant. Very rude and disrespectful. We just looked past his inabilities and we praised the rest of them. 1 bad apple could not spoil the while barrel here. We will definitely be returning.

the staff was friendly, Justin the bartender made my stay better! Very good conversations, met alot of people at the bar.

$45 overnight valet parking is the only option of parking, huge inconvenience. There is be better options, but the space where the hotel is located doesn’t have the space.

The place is both specious and very good personal.

Was 2 times changed of room because the facilities of each room are rotten and of bad quality. The a/c doesn’t work properly and each of the rooms I was changed to, the first incident was some of the room falling apart. In the same room, the room flooded because some faucet malfunctioned. The bathtub and faucet were rotten with signs of not being cleaned properly and were difficult to use. The neighborhood is plagued by homelessness, and the surrounding area emits an unpleasant odor reminiscent of toiletries.

The staff was very welcoming, Robert was great!

The walls were very thin. I could hear the people talking in the next room as if they were in my room. Its a very old building converted into a hotel. They butted the wall up to a shared window and I don't know if that is why I could hear them. I know people in other reviews complained about the unhoused. There were unhoused people in the area but they didn't bother us.
