This hotel was very clean inside and outside, my room was very spacious and when I tell you clean, it was clean, I balcony was on the side of the hotel, but still had a nice view of the ocean along with a breeze.

The apperance of the hotel on the outside and inside, my room spacious of it, the view from my room of the ocean, decent gym, wish it was bigger with more equipment, because I like working out and loved this hotel sits right on the beach, where I went running and walking in the morning.

The waitress at breakfast was very attentive and apologetic since we waited 43 minutes for breakfast to get to our table and the restaurant was practically empty. What we really liked was Leaving. I was appalled that on a Fourth of July Holiday this resort was even open. I got a nail in my tire in the parking lot, there was so much rubble and debris that I twisted my ankle walking to my car.

Everything, I booked this hotel for a great Fourth of July with my family. The ocean looked amazing as we drove over the bridge but Imagine my disappointment when we arrived at our resort only to find that the pictures online are a complete lie. The hotel is under major construction, with bulldozers, cement trucks, back hoes and all the loud banging that comes with that. Furthermore, we were told upon check in that there is No Pool, No Hot Tub, No Beach Access, No Beach Chairs or Towels. So why on earth did we book this hotel, because No one and I mean No one informed us that they were under major construction until 2 min before check in. At night where else were we going to sleep in our car. We had to check in and could go nowhere else due to July 4th weekend. I really believe we should get a full refund it was nothing short of a disaster.

The beach access is currently closed but the walk to the beach is super short, I walked there every day, and the balcony was plus! Loved it.

I wish I read that you had to pay for parking, the parking lot is extremely small and hard to park in and gets full fast. Pool and beach access were closed and the only reason I paid the rates they have was for the amenities they said I could cancel my reservation for no penalty but there was no pay at the property option and I already booked and paid so I wasn’t going to wait for my money back and have to find a new hotel after driving 5 hours with two kids the restaurant they have downstairs is expensive and the food is basic and boring

Very nice location, convenient to everything I needed to do. The room was comfortable and clean and had a very nice shower! I had an ocean view which was enjoyable. The patio on the back and the pool facilities were excellent as well as the fitness center.

I think a breakfast buffet would have been better than ordering a la carte.

I liked that it was right on the beach. The sunrises were spectacular! The pool was well kept and the room was comfortable. It not very close to quality restaurants, but I am accustomed to 10-15 minute drives to eat when I am at the beach. This is a small, budget-style building that has had upgrades to make it more luxurious.

The food and drink was too expensive. One BLT/fries, daiquiri, and Carina was $50. I did not like that they charged for parking ($13.85 per night). The lot is the same set up as any budget hotel. As far as I can tell, there is no upgrade in service to warrant charging the nightly fee. The room price is fair for the hotel and for the patron. Do you need to roll in the extra charge for parking too? The restaurant has the misfortune to be situated in the main thoroughfare to get out to the pool and beach. Lots of traffic through the restaurant, which has to be bad on the dining experience.

No beach or pool access during our stay, they did mentioned on a message when we booked , but we decided to book anyways as we were not planing to go to the pool .Hurricanes can be very damaging, glad the hotel was able to continue its business and provide a beautiful environment. It was a very nice stay. Location, room, views, patio areas, bar, restaurant, and staff was excellent. Parking is always an issue with me. There was no problem at all. Plenty of spaces, and very secure. It will be our go to when in Daytona.

I have no complaints at all. Everything was clean. The pool area was inviting with the palm trees, and fire rings. We enjoyed the local entertainment poolside. GREAT JOB!

My son's family loved being able to relax right there without leaving, except to visit us, his parents, for Thanksgiving. The hot tub was a hit for his two teen daughters. They also enjoyed being close to stores, restaurants. They found the room comfy, and balcony view of intracoastal nice!

One thing. The desk clerk on our arrival promptly, abruptly, said we did NOT have a reservation or room, and just stood there, like " Take that!" I explained that we, the parents, reserved and already paid for the room, for our son and his family (4), and came with as asked by Marriott in msg. It wasn't until mentioning it was paid for, did she even look on her computer... and made lame excuses as .." last name was wrong" or some such, before locating the reservation, just as we had reserved. Son and family happy. I was angry at our treatment by that one woman, who may need a refresher course. Possible resentment for using Booking.com?

Beautiful surroundings and upgraded decor including bathroom.

I didn't like having to pay for parking. Could have been included in rooming. Also didn't like having to pay an additional $50 per night incidentals up front. Only used $3 of it. Had to wait for reimbursement.

The staff was friendly. The room was modern. The view was nice. The restaurant food was good, and reasonably priced. At night, there is a fire pit to sit by. Beach access is easy. There is also a public beach access next to the hotel.

Upon checking in, you can expect a slap in the face with a nightly parking charge, something you might expect of a budget hotel. The room was clean with the exception of sand on the floor. The beds were too soft. It was hard to sleep and both of us woke with backaches. Fortunately there is an exercise room, where you can hang from the pull-up bar for a minute or so until your back clicks into place.
