Perry's Ocean-Edge Resort - Daytona Beach

This Daytona Beach hotel is located along the Atlantic Ocean and features direct access to a private beach. The hotel provides 2 outdoor pools and rooms with garden or ocean views. Guest rooms at Perry’s Ocean Edge Resort all have a kitchen and a sitting area.

The spacious rooms include cable TV and some rooms have a private balcony and free Wi-Fi. Perry’s Ocean Edge Resort features a 10,000-ft² atrium, including an indoor heated pool and hot tub surrounded by tropical landscaping. A fitness center and kid’s program are also provided.

I received a text from the front desk asking how my stay was going! I replied and asked if we could have fresh towels because we left the room after housekeeping already came through and they replied with of course!

The coffee maker did not work well when we tried to make our own coffee vs the packets in the room. The room description said it came with an oven but it only had a stove top on the counter.

Cleanliness and friendly staff . Michelle was amazing . As always ! I have stayed here several times and never disappointed. My room was so clean and presentable . Comfy beds and pillows . Nicely renovated and improvements to the grounds are really nice .

The door that adjoined rooms allowed us to hear every word that was going on in the room next to us. The people staying in room next to us were very loud , stayed up late and woke up early talking loudly whole time which wasn’t hotels fault , but the door is where you could hear everything through .

The location was good right on the beach. The indoor pool is a nice touch too.

The miniature golf was in shambles and surrounding area where in need of fixing or renovation. I believe there was even yellow caution tape around alot of the area too.

Beautiful view of beach . Hotel clean workers were very friendly. Pools were clean and big . The hot tub was relaxing. The room was nice size very clean. We will come again.

That there was not a lot of breakfast offered. Pillows were to big my neck was hurting. Will bring my own next time.

Location is great

It’s a rip off, you’re getting overcharged because of bike week then you get there and there’s more charges you weren’t counting on like parking for a motorcycle! And bracelets , everyone staying with me had to pay . Ridiculous as I stay here throughout the year and pay more than half of what I paid and didn’t have all the extra charges . Also someone went through my things while they were in the room. I can’t prove it was housekeeping but I don’t know who else it could have been

Tiki Bar was nice as usual. Grounds have been improved and most construction was completed.

Room was oceanside as requested, had to upgrade. Sand spurs in the grass hurt out dog. Load yelling until 10 PM in indoor heated pool courtyard kept us awake. Beds were hard. Windows didn't open. Phone in room did not work.

The building is from nineteen forty one. Totally classy and stylish. The indoor pool and jacuzzi is absolutely awesome. Right on the beach and they have heineken available at the front desk.

Elevator smelled like pesticide. Laundry room needs maintenance.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The ocean view was AMAZING! Plenty of green space for fur babies. 3 pools, a hot tub, right on the beach, what more could you ask for! Oh, and the sunrises...some of the most incredible I've ever seen!

We loved that there are 3 different pools on the property and one is an inside pool that is heated! But it’s not just a regular inside pool with concrete walls….the rooms actually enclose the pool and there is still an outdoor feel to the inside pool! Very cool!

The only downside to our stay was the room had a bad smell, like wet dog? But the smell dissipated after a few hours. So we assumed it was whoever was in there before possibly had a pet in the room?
