Great time with the grandchildren, they loved the room, the breakfast was very nice.we sat at the bar for breakfast and had the best conversation with JIMMY he was bartending and while it was slow he displayed such a friendly attitude and as we talked he had a great laugh and smile. He is very humble and served other customers with kindness. Great job JIMMY. Leti at the front desk went above and beyond her call of duty and helped my grandson find his shoes, great job Leti!!

It was misleading with the parking. The sign said $25.00 and we stayed two nights and were charged $64.00 per night. Thatโ€™s sad

Location was great and very walkable to lots of things. Staff were all very friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. Views were amazing from our corner room.

Breakfast was disappointing. No fresh fruit, only canned peaches, no waffles or pancakes, and yogurt was warm. There was no mirror in the room or bathroom where a woman could do her makeup. The bathroom mirror is to far because the counter is so deep and the toilet. The room mirror did not have good lighting for makeup. A wall mounted accordion style mirror would be nice.

Was close to the convention center

The staff gas lit me and lied to me when i asked for a late check out when i got back from decedence at 2am I got told I got late check out to 1pm at a discounted cost because I was in the membership program then when i went to check out at 1pm i was told a staff member would of never told me that I got late check out and was told I donโ€™t know what Iโ€™m talking about as the customer I am furious with that. The staff member did wrong in telling me I had late check out at a discounted cost when I didnโ€™t completely lied to me to get me off his chest and then the morning staff member told me repeatedly thereโ€™s no way that could of happened it is extremely irritating when you canโ€™t keep your employees accountable because I as a customer counted on having that late check out and then was not given that without ever being notified I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel ever again after this experience.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the staff in the bar/breakfast area! The regular beds were comfortable. Most downtown museums, restaurants, and activities were in walking distance or a very short Uber ride away making it easy to see the city.

I loved that the room came with an extra bed option but... the sofa bed was very uncomfortable! Like the worst stereotypical 80's sofa bed you can imagine - mattress was 2 inches thick and soft so you could feel every bar and spring on the frame below. Our 11 year old couldn't even sleep on it for 2 nights - he wound up folding the bed back in and just sleeping on the couch itself. Better fold out beds exist - time for Hyatt to invest in upgraded options or switch to rollaway beds!

Housekeeping skipped the room several times even when I left the room early in the morning. Not sure why.

The property is in an excellent location. We stayed there the night of the Denver parade of lights, and we had an amazing view of the parade from our corner King room.. our room was clean and comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like about the property.

Modern design throughout and great water pressure in showers

No guest parking. Valet was an unreasonable $64/day! Only options were an open public parking lot (sketchy) or parking garage down the street. Also the dining was just ok.

Breakfast. Food/ scrambled eggs didnโ€™t taste good. It was unorganized for the amount of people. Valet parking was expensive but we were given other options.

Room was comfortable and clean. Great location near the Convention Center.

Parking isn't great. Only offer valet, and it's $64 a day. We parked at a close, outdoor lot for around $20 per day. Also, bar was understaffed, and food was sub-par. Definitely didn't have enough staff to deal with how busy the bar area was.

Location is perfect for both the convention center and exploring 16th street mall area, staff friendliness was top-notch, breakfast was one of the best hotel ones I've ever had! All was great

Rooms were a little dark and it was really easy to hear everything in the hallway (though not between rooms, just between room and hallway). Really not too much though!

The elevators didnโ€™t work for one night and half the next day, cleaning people left cleaning rags on my hair brush, last night here we came to our room and the trash wasnโ€™t emptied, beds were unmade with our old sheets
