Staff were helpful and friendly from check in to valet to bar servers. Bed was comfy and bathroom spacious. I like the outdoor rooftop patio.

The room refrigerator was noisy and I disliked the blue light! I used earplugs and sleep mask but would have preferred not to have to do so. Also it would be great to not have small bottles of shampoo and toiletries but refillable bottles instead.

Staff were really kind and thoughtful about their guest. Food was really good as well.

Upon check in then mentioned that the air conditioner is broken in the hotel, but they are working on the system now. They mentioned that they would have more information at 3 pm. In the end, we stayed out of convenience with the air blowing at 60-70% coolness. No opening a window. They took care of our meal for the issue. The food was really good. Lastly, the shower head was dangling/hanging on by one strip of caulk. It still worked.

The room was very clean and modern, and the Fyre bar restaurant was a nice area to unwind. The first gentleman we talked to upon checking in was very nice.

The staff was EXTREMELY rude during our entire stay. We stayed for 2 nights so we interacted with more than a few employees. They scoffed at us when we asked about a continental breakfast. Rude bar staff, bad service. The night attendant was very weird.

This is by far the nicest Hilton I've stayed in. The staff, especially everyone at the front desk are amazing. Since the hotel is part of the art collection, they provide transportation to the museums. Rooms are well appointed, robes, coffee,water,soda. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Individual Air conditioning control. Great fitness room. Good location, next to Denver's contemporary art museum. Restaurants, 16th St mall, larimar square within walking distance.

The restaurant is good, limited selections, but very well made, slow service.

Very nice and love the location.

Unfortunately the tv remote seemed like it was not connected to the tv. The batteries were good. The fridge was already cranked to 7 but everything was room temp. The shower head support barely attached to the wall. When calling the front desk about it she literally said she cant do anything about it. For $500 a night. You think she could figure something out. Shoot send something to my room saying sorry. Almost forgot. It said Mountain View. You mean view of the parking garage roof. See pic

Peoplenin front desk realy rude i felt And not helful when calling from room service. I asked if parking was free and these guy sayd well if you wanted everything free you should stayed in thornton ? Upon arrival, it was raining outside, and there was no way to get into the door to the hotel from the parking garage without a key card, so we had to go all the way around in the rain. There is an old intercom there, it did not work. That was pretty disappointing. Secondly, the bathroom wasn’t totally clean. There was a splatter against the wall next to the vanity, one sink wasn’t cleaned out, there was sand and tiny pebbles on the floor. It was very awkward going up to the fourth floor to check in. I’m not exactly sure what that’s all about, but I certainly thought that check-in down where the valet and parking garage entrance would have been more appropriate.
