That they charge you to park even though you are a paying customer. You have to pay for breakfast. The front desk workers were all rude. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We used valet parking which was very convenient for us.

I had reserved 3 rooms in my name, my oldest sons name, and my middle sons name. We were not charged until we checked in or checked out. We asked that each room be put on their credit cards, not all three on mine. When we checked our statements in our email after we left, we noticed that all three rooms are charged to my Visa card. I will ask for a paper receipt from now on and make sure the correct card is charged.

Great easy location for walking to Comerica Park. Everyone on the staff we encountered from front desk, to waitstaff in the restaurant and the valet were very attentive and helpful. Room was nice and clean.

I like the convenience of it being close to the stadiums. We went to a Tigers game and it was within walking distance.

It was run down for being a Hilton. I was expecting it to be more updated and not feel it was still in the 80s.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Pleasant to speak with and attentive to my needs. The location was nice as well.

The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. My room was clean especially the shower. It still had dirty feet marks in it. My room smelled musty. The price for valet parking for less than 24 hours was ridiculous.

The staff were all so friendly and ready to assist in any way. The Valet parkers were excellent! We loved them. They went out of their way for us! The wait staff and the food in the restaurant were both excellent! Location was perfect, so near the Fox theater which was the reason we went to Detroit.

I really don't know. The structure of the hotel was obviously not brand new but it was clean and stylish
