The location

The Staff is extremely rude all the way up to the management. The ac didn't work and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. They speak to you like your scum. And there is way to much traffic late night, I've even seen drug deal happen

There was drug paraphernalia in a draw. No wash clothes were provided. The tv had basic cable and more snow than show. The internet sucked. Found more drug paraphernalia outside while parking. The parking set up is terrible. Shady individuals hanging around building. There was blood on the inside of the blanket on the bed. Saw a roach. Very ghetto. There was no garbage can inside the room.

This experience was the most degrading experience I ever had. There where people everywhere hanging around outside there hotels drinking and getting high. They where playing music so loud and kept banging on our door. Left and slept at the airport....

i didn't get to stay, when I arrived at 1am after securing the reservation at 7pm, they said no rooms, the man, said didn't you get my email that they overbooked, I said no and he showed me an email, but i never got one, it was real scummy place

The hotel cleaning staff member, very helpful and polite. Cleanup staff member went to store to purchase two lamps, upon my discovery that lamps were broken. Staff purchased lamps from of his personal money, until hotel reimburse him.

Room initially didn¿t have working lamps on the sides of the bed, I didn¿t receive the room I booked. Breakfast is not included, although it was stated that it was included while I booked. Tv was barely visible because of bad cord and a lot of static.

The location was within walking distance to the event I was going to. The employees were pleasant enough.

The people staying at this place were residents and long term renters living there full time, not traveling or area guests. The room was not ready, waited nearly 2 hours for the bed to be made. Not clean. Bugs. Bed was old and beat up.

The front desk lady

This place should not be offered, and if so the online photos should be updated to how it really look, the door lock was broken, rooms are very worn as well as the outside of the building, I felt afraid for my safety, the door barely worked with the key.
