The stay was good! I really liked the nice approach of Nikki who helped us with some information about the neighborhood, and how we could reach certain places. Nikki was very friendly and helpful!
All by all, we had a nice stay.
The internet connection in the room was not good. The WiFi kept falling the whole time and no devices could work properly on the WiFi.

I will say they are funny for the room pics bc it’s small enough to take a pic of the whole room but they split into a few to make it look bigger lol. Also the bathroom was in fact clean except the towels I didn’t trust, glad brought my own and idk why but in the shower the drain had a disgusting smell coming up after use

The parking is AWFUL too narrow of a space to put all the cars in I almost crashed a few times into others cars it is a impossible driveway to navigate.

Coffee maker didn't work at all. I had to buy my own coffee every day. No housekeeping for the entire time I stayed here. Gave me 3 towels for the entire stay. Loud music at night upstairs and I couldn't sleep. Pool lights left on all night and very bright and couldn't fall asleep even though curtains were closed. Very expensive per night despite it being a small hotel room with no kitchen

It is an older hotel but very well maintained. There is a pool in the courtyard. The rooms were clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable The room was reasonably priced. Location was fairly good with several restaurants and the beach within walking distance.
The television did not work the whole time we stayed there (we did not call to have it repaired). The office was usually closed and there was rarely any staff on site.

location was wonderful just a few minutes from the beach, the bed was comfortable, a few nice restaurants around in walking distance, parking was very convenient in front of the property, and the check-in process was easy through the phone with a code to the door
the shower curtain was a bit smelly with a small bathroom (no place for toiletries), overall bedroom size is quite small with no space for bags, AC had a remote that was not working so we had to wonder pressing in the faded not cleary market buttons in the AC itself to regulate the temperature.

Location was what sold me. Proximity to beaches, and Lauderdale Hollywood airport. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked.
The pool area was littered with trash and empty liquor bottles. The pool is not in working order, it shouldn't even be open. It didn't have a working filter even and the bottom needs replaced and it was filled with dirt and debris. It definitely wasn't what I saw in photos. For $160 a night I expect much better. It's so sad that the property owner doesn't care about this place because it has so much potential.

Breakfast?.. while the room was clean and the staff when entering was polite.. parking is very minimal, was advertised as beachfront ,it is definitely NOT, only two floors with a gate round ,don't see the beach or even the road... I'm guessing they don't have a lot of repeat customers

Step back into the 1960s. Original, not retro! Comfortable mattress with soft bedding. Clean. Shower ok. Upper deck Lounge area.
Across the street from Ft Lauderdale Beach. Restaurant on the beach.
Nikki at the desk was wonderful. On a bus stop. No stores for 1 mile each way, but we caught busses to get around with no car. Fares $2, $1 for seniors.
All the furniture needs to be replaced. Not enough electrical outlets. Unheated pool so too cold for swimming.

One thing I love about this place is the lady that works there. She is great and very attentive. Always makes us feel very welcomed and loves my kids.
As much as I love this place the only one thing is that the beds are not the most comfortable. The mattress is very some and uncomfortable.

They lied! Booking says they accept late check-ins until 12am and we booked the room the same day and arrived at 10pm and no one was there. No one answered the phone but i got missed calls from an unknown number with no voicemail message.
Property manager or office staff did not reach out and motel was in darkness. No office staff on site. They lied on this booking.

Nice and clean and furnished tastefully. Location was great too close to the beach and close to the city. Water got really hot too so that’s a plus.
Not the comfiest mattress and the doors/windows were a little thin, also the sheets had some small stains on them but they seemed bleached throughly so pretty sure they were indeed clean. Also hotel staff wasn’t present upon arrival or departure, just thought that was a little weird.

The location is easily the best selling point. While the communal pool is pleasant, including multiple tables to hang out in & a vending machine, the Lauderdale Beach is a couple minutes straight ahead, a convenience that can't be beat for the value, with great restaurants also within walking distance. The staff also provide recommendations if you ask, inside their comfy lobby area with brochures & promotional discounts to explore.
A big turnoff here was the parking situation. When the rooms are full, it almost seems that there's more rooms than there are parking spots. It's can't be helped due to the size of their area, & the staff did help with securing a parking spot when someone left their space. A far larger grievance this time around was the bed. There were no sheets on the bed (not a problem, they probably had sheets if we asked for them), but the bed itself was far too springy & flat to rest comfortably. Maybe a comforter would have alleviated this, but it made it hard to sleep anymore than a couple of hours. Also the curtains were a huge hassle to close, the curtain pipe is too rough to slide the curtain, & needs a replacement (in Room 8)

The location was good, near Wilton Manors where I had spent the weekend. And they have a beautiful pool (though I didn’t have time to get in it). The room was easy to enter with a key pad, didn’t have to bother with a regular check-in process, so that was convenient.
We arrived at the motel late, around 2am after partying all night. We needed to take showers and the “warmest” we could get the shower water could best be described as “cool” - hot water wouldn’t come out no matter how long you run the water. After we woke up, we tried again and the warm came out slightly warmer. Also, my shower towel has a large hole in it. The bed was not very comfortable, very “springy” but not terrible. There is no table next to the bed to put typical things (e.g. cell phone, water, etc.), so had to put them on the floor. There was only one power outlet available by the bed, so you have to choose between having a lamp by the bed or being able to charge your phone.

Property seems in poor repair.

Wires coming out of the wall where a smoke detector might be.
Shower control was loose (including screws holding apparatus); we didn't think it worked. In any case, a used bottle of liquid soap was on the floor.
Not at all what I was led to expect.
This is a black mark against Booking, and makes me unlikely to use Booking.com again.
My request for a full refund was not answered.

It's a very old property.
While the room was clean, the few towels were threadbare, the bed felt like it was going to fall apart & there was only 1 lamp to light the room. Only soap was wall mounted refillable in the shower.

The woman working was super chill and let me check in early because we had just got in town. They have a little lounge on the top level of the hotel with benches that overlooks the road and other hotels and a little bit of the beach it’s the vibessss.
Sadly I wasn’t made aware of any kind of breakfast which became a bit of a problem as I was hungry but yo you can’t beat the price might as well join it

Location is a 10/10. The beach was across the street, easy access. It’s a 12-15 minute walk to Publix, gas stations etc. though the property looks worn down, the room was very clean.
The shower was spacious and the water pressure was good.
The women who did check us in was kind, we felt comfortable.
The property looks worn down. The pool didn’t look appealing and our room didn’t have an over head light, it was missing and wires exposed. The room did have a lamp to light the way, so it really wasn’t a huge issue unless you like it extremely bright.
We couldn’t get the television to work, it said it was connected to the hotel WiFi but we didn’t get to use it once during our stay. When we would walk down to the lobby the light was off and no one was there so we would just retreat to the room again.
The bathroom needs some remodeling though it was clean, didn’t have enough toiletries even for our two nights we spent.
