The room was clean, the bed was excellent, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The air was clean. Thank you for comfortable accomodations. Please do lose that.

There was no ice in the hotel. The new ice machine has been sitting there for 3 weeks and no one has installed it. I couldn't get ice for a cold drink. That is not acceptable . Please stop fooling around and install the new ice machine.

The smoking...guests smoke Marijuana in the rooms and on the outside that lingers. That's a complete turnoff as 3 of my group are police officers, but the stench in the rooms and hallways was awful

The entire staff was very nice and helpful. They made us feel at home and like family. The rooms were clean and cozy. The beds will hold u hostage because of how soft and comfy they were. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of options to choose from. I will definitely return and recommend the hotel to others

The only issues I encountered was the tv and the pool.The tv was not working. We reported the issue to front desk and we were informed that maintenance would look into it the following day. He came the next day and had to get another tv out of an empty room. That tv did work however it was unable to switch channels and had to stay on the news channel, (much to the disappointment of my son).Then the tv would freeze and only able to hear audio and no visual. We were told that most of the TV's at the hotel were having the same problem.We went to the pool but couldn't go in because it wasn't cleaned from the previous day.Those were the only issues,other than that our stay was amazing. I would highly recommend and this will be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Fort Lauderdale

We had multiple problems with this reservation . I asked for it to be cancelled because we even after speaking to agents . We werent able to check in as the reservation was not found . The staff at the hotel who continued to check for over 2hrs

I like that I could walk to a bear by market and shopping.

It was very dirty everywhere. I had to fixed shower rod. No toliet paper in room when arriving. I had to call hotel while at front desk so the staff would come to desk. Even at night hours staff should be present. There was strong urine smell in hall.
