It was assessable for traveling to eating locations
The toilet in the room was designed for a child. I’m an older individual and had extreme difficulty sitting and getting up from the bathroom toilet. I had to use the facilities on the first floor. At night I was concerned about drinking anything after 7pm because I was afraid I would fall.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable,
Our toilet wasn't flushing so we let the front desk know when we left at 9 am. Returned at 10 pm that night and it still wasn't fixed. Front desk had no solution for us so we had to spend the night and next morning with no toilet. Very upsetting.

Breakfast was fine. Parking was fine.
We got to our room around midnight. As I uncovered the beds, I noticed a long hair on my bed and a small red ant that was still moving. I uncovered my wife's bed and saw another ant on her bed also still moving. I removed both ants and the piece of hair, and we went to bed as we were extremely tired. In the morning, upon checking out, I notified the front desk of all of this. The clerk said he can't make any adjustments to the bill and asked me to wait for the manager. We waited a long time to speak with the manager; he was going back and forth and I had to track him down in his office. The manager gave us $45 credit, which I thought it was ridiculously small token for our troubles. We had to get on the road.

Great location. Near a ton of quick eats and the highway. Less than 15 minutes from airport. Hot breakfast until 9:30.
Rooms outdated and damp. Outlets were faulty and plugs/lamps/tv would stop working for hours.

All the staff were excellent (special mention to Diego at reception and Phillip the maintenance man) . Very good selection of breakfast and plenty of it. The chamber maids kept our room exceptionally clean and tidy. Our stay was for eleven nights, however, this hotel is very good for just an overnights stay . Close to all amenities (But a drive to/from the beach). Would we ever return ? Yes, of course .
Close to the highway , so there is some traffic noise.

It’s ad made it seem like it was a great location but it’s in an industrial park next to an adult club! Dirty and the food for breakfast made us sick! Also the pool was closed but the ad showed a beautiful falls and deck which was not true!!

Room smelled moldy. Shower broken. Called front desk they told us to pull handle out. The temperature was set to scalding hot. I called the front desk and asked them if we could change rooms to shower they said no. When checking out we showed them video and they said you should have called we would have sent Felix up to fix. They did not offer this when I called to complain.
