Clean rooms, friendly staff. Building could use some matainence.
. Front entry doors were very loud.Elevators weren't very sooth and the interior was a little beat up. Shower insert was cracking and coming apart. Bed was very hard and feather pillows went flat immediately. I think a renovation is probably due. However. Again, very clean.

The room was tidy and very comfortable. The breakfast was spot on and just what we expected and we even got a few surprises with Chobani Greek Yogurt and lots of toppings for the waffles.
Check-in was a bit bumpy, the person doing the check-in charged us a fare that was higher than the one we'd booked and we had to insist to several people on the front desk to have it corrected.

Breakfast was Hampton.
Warm food, waffles, pancakes, eggs done multiple ways, sausage, milk, cereals, jams, peanut butter, breads of all kind, bagels, muffins, orange juice, coffee and much more...
Lots of rooms to sit and a happy start of the day... THANK YOU
No one told us about the FREE EV CHARGING, it was wonderful. We had rented a Tesla and worried about returning it charged. We arrive at the hotel and there are 3 chargers waiting for us.
WE LOVED IT. Thank You... I was going to give the Hampton a 9, however the FREE CHARGERS, made it a 10

Great location, lots to do close by and easy to access
House keeping removed all the towels from my room and I couldn’t get new ones. We went to the front desk to request towels, were told they were on the way up with them and never saw another towel again. The phone in the room did not work to get ahold of the front desk.

Friendly Staff, Good location for Miami commute, Clean rooms Adequate Free Parking, Cost for stay was very reasonable for area.
Breakfast offering was disappointing, Outdoor Pool not very inviting. Not sure how they took the advertising picture as the hotel is in a very built up area.

Breakfast was ok, your regular included breakfast at a hotel. The room had a desk which works great for me. The room looked to have been updated recently but the bathroom still has a tub, no walk-in shower. This hotel is directly across from Gulfstream Racecourse.
Breakfast items need an upgrade and the room needs a walk-in shower.

The beds were pretty comfy.
Upon opening the door to the unit, the smell was horrible - smelly like old filthy carpets, which is what was in the room. The couch sunk into & creaked. Mold under drapes & in bathroom under sink. Breakfast was very lacking. Overbilled for the unit. Booked thru booking.com at $243.18, but was charged $303.97. Also the site did not give me a print out of the invoice, nor was it ever mailed to me.

The breakfast and everything else was great.
We tried to stay an extra night at the same rate we had paid for the 3 nights and the receptionist at the front desk said we couldn’t in a very unpleasant way. We also asked for a late check out and was given just 30 minutes. All other hotels we have stayed gave us an hour. We were able to get the extra night at a cheaper rate in another hotel.

Breakfast is good and very convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect for my needs. Room was clean.
I have stayed at this property for many years and was dismayed about maid service every other day. By the end of the day my garbage pails were overflowing. The hotel's breakfast space could not accommodate everyone who needed a table. I would suggest removing a shelf holding photos at the end of the room and adding a few more tables. Alternatively I would suggest putting some tables outside by the door to the pool which could accommodate breakfast guests.

The location was ideal for our visit to the area.
It was dirty, like - really dirty, the carpet in our room left my toddler’s feet blackened!! The bathroom was in need of multiple fixes (broken bath drain plug, damaged shower curtain rail). The breakfast are was insufficiently sized for the volume of guests and was absolute chaos to get any food at all!
