The location was good. The bedding and towels were clean.
The room smelled stuffy and old. The furniture was very outdated. The hotel was very outdated and needed a total remodeling. The air conditioner was a window unit which dripped water by the door. Lighting was very poor in the room. I will not be staying there again.

The pool was nice. Staff were pleasant enough.
We had a lot of cockroaches. The room overall was clean, but in desperate need of a remodel. The bedding had holes in as did the walls. The bath tub was badly stained so looked really dirty. The self catering kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or any utensils of any kind. When we asked for cups, we were given polystyrene. We were given 2 towels for the family of 4 and they were basically hand towels. The air conditioning unit in the window caused the metal blinds to bang open and closed continuously. WiFi was only available in the lobby (not a massive issue, but we were communicating with other family members joining us in the US so had to keep heading there).

Well unfortunately nothing was good. We checked in left our bags in the room went and had dinner and came back the the hotel. When I turned on the lights there were about
10 roaches crawling around near the bed on the nightstand . We went downstairs to let management know and they said sorry theres. Otho g we can do for you . We are 70 years old and yes there are roaches . She also stated that since we booked with booking.com there was nothing the Inn could do for us . We called the police and they said to get our stuff out of the room and go to another hotel of our choice and to get our money back from booking .com . They helped us get out things from the room
and sent us to a different hotel at 2:00 in the morning

The location was good thats it.
The room was sooo hot because the AC was tiny and nasty. Only one light worked the other 4 didnt cut on. It was dirty. The window was taped around the sides. Both beds were broken. And one of the nights the whole back walls power went out so none of the outlets worked.

Room is broken down, disgusting, dirty. The property could paint and deep clean the bathroom, tub, kitchenette, fridge, walls, floor. It was like a nasty gas station bathroom but worse.

The size of the room and its layout were excellent. Housekeeping was great; the housekeeper would stop by everyday that we were there to make sure that we had whatever we needed. Room 2359 was very nice.
Overall, the room was great and I would return. My only problem with the room were the tiny roaches and the refrigerator leaked. Also, they might consider cleaning the bathroom tiles with Tilex or something that will clear up the mildew.

The fridge was leaking to the bathroom, the light switch in the closet area before the bathroom did not switch off I was advised to take out the light bulb by office person, there were also dead & bed bugs on towels in bathroom another set were requested.
