The location is great. It's right in the middle of everything! Room was clean and large with 2 beds. Great for a family. We had a good time, regardless of a few issues. I would give D8ane Oceanfront Suites another try.
As far as we could tell there is no on-site staff at night. Office closes at 9 so if anything happens during the night, there isn't anyone to call. Our smoke detectors beeped every 30 seconds on our last night. Very frustrating. Our key cards no longer worked on the door to the balcony on the 2nd day.

super beach location near all the good restaurants and amenities, steps to the beach & boardwalk.
Front desk host Mercy was super wonderful & accommodating!
No facial tissues, no coffee available, although clean maid did not make the beds, had to pay $$$ for daily parking,
had to rent simple beach chairs & beach towels. We'll bring our own stuff next time!
Because of it is a high price room, most of the above should have been included.

Right on the beach on the Broadwalk. Great location! Very clean. Was next to all the restaurants and bars. There was someone outside cleaning all the time as well. They take pride in the maintenance of this property
The beds were pretty rough and not comfortable at all and the ac units are the ones that click on and off all night. Lights outside the door make it very bright in the room making it tough to sleep if you like it dark. There was a frosted glass but no way to cover the full windows on the doors to block the light. Loved this place but the combination of the bed/ac/light made sleeping a little tough.

The location is amazing. Close to great eateries, music, steps to the beach. The shower had hot water with great water pressure. We walked past it multiple times on a previous trip and decided to stay here on this trip. I was not disappointed.

I like that it’s infront of the beach and you have everything near by walking distance. Rooms are huge! Rooms are also nice and clean.
Doesn’t have a pool, and a little too pricey it’s worth the stay but should deff work on their prices a night. Cheap parking wishing it wasn’t daily though

Location was the absolute best part!
The pillows were a little flat, sleep wasn’t too comfortable. The room was very bland as well, some decor would be nice, though this isn’t that big of a deal. The kitchen is missing a lot, it’s just bare bones. The floors held sand and dirt too easily, so we had to walk around with shoes on constantly. There’s also a bright orange light coming in from an outdoor steet light that is incredible annoying at night.

Beautiful ocean front property right on the Broadwalk with a full view of the ocean from our large picture window! The facility is clean and bright with a beautiful balcony that runs the length of the hotel in front of each room and faces the ocean. One of the hotel staff was kind enough to come and pick us up from the airport and bring us to the hotel. Easy walking access to shops, bars, and restaurants.
We did not know that there was a live entertainment bar right next door to the hotel. It has live music until 2 a.m., and stays open until 4 a.m. Amazingly enough our room was pretty quiet for all the activities outside; however, I would recommend requesting a room at the end of the hotel away from the bar side. We also had a group right next door to our room that decided to have an argument on the balcony at about 2 a.m. for almost an hour. Advised the front desk, and it was quieter the next night. Appreciate any intervention they might have had in this matter.

We were due to check in late. We had a call on route to check what time we were due. Lady offered to stay longer than her shift if we hit any difficulty. Amazing. Also reserved us a parking spot. Stress free. Location was fabulous. Rooms quiet for location. Comfy bed.. We had upper floor the sun rise is a sight for sore eyes. Absolutely stunning

The location! Their patio/front yard set up is awesome. It allows you to relax, hang out with family and friends, yet be a part of all the action on the boardwalk.

Right on the beach…walk over the Broadwalk and your toes are in the sand. The constant traffic on the Boardwalk was both entertaining and noisy. Nicks Bar next door goes hard until 2am. Staff very informative and helpful.
AC unit in the wall was very noisy until I stuck paper in it to stop the vibration.

Great location on the Broadwalk overrlooking the beach and ocean. Room was spacious and clean. Lots of action and places to eat and drink within walking distance.
I had booked the first floor but agreed to go upstairs because they said someone else couldn't walk stairs. I was promised that someone would carry our bags. No one was available so we had to carry them ourselves (we're in our '70s). The clerk acted annoyed at us for asking. Be award that they charge $35 a day for parking.

The location is right on the Broadwalk opposite the beach which is very convenient. It is also in the middle of all the restaurants and bars which can be good and bad - very busy location! Small kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee pot, plates, mugs etc was useful to have. Suite was large (except for bathroom). Rooms appear to have been recently renovated, nice & light. Lots of drawer space for clothes. Balcony outside room overlooks Broadwalk so opportunity to people watch while having morning coffee.
Bathroom was very small with no fan or opening window. We stayed 5 nights and nobody cleaned the room in that time - just a change of towels each day plus trash emptied. Humidity is obviously a problem here , even though rooms look recently renovated, rust had started to form on door hinges and metal table legs, light fixtures etc.

The showers were dirty, it had worms in the shower from drain flies, they tried to fix it but everyday there were worms, they didn’t offer any other room.
Floors were dirty, furniture is old and beat up, bed was very uncomfortable

They charge quite a bit for parking as well

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach/boardwalk with adequate parking. The patio area is spacious with various comfortable seating options. Two fantastic restaurants on each side. The rooms are oversized, comfortable and have a great kitchen.
Blackout curtains would have been nice, the security lights are bright so the room was never dark.

The location is excellent and the room's size too . The quantity of towels were reduced , but staff offered if you need more towels
