The accommodations were clean, comfortable and in the perfect location! Beds were super comfortable and the shower and water pressure was amazing! Views off the balcony were gorgeous. We were located in the perfect spot close to pool, beach, shopping, restaurants. It was fantastic!

Price was a little high. Would have been perfect if they had offered free coffee or continental breakfast in the mornings.

The location’s great and the staff are very friendly. Nice views of the beach and there’s plenty to do in the area.

The building’s quite old and could use an update. The pool’s relatively small too. The room service menu is all very heavy and could use a few lighter options added. Also it seems like the only place to smoke is out the front of the building which doesn’t look good; having a smoking area would prevent this.

Overall hotel property showing it age. Lobby, elevators & room/floor corridors require updating. Feels like 1970s. Smelly carpets, dated deco & furniture, aging building. No vending machines. Indoor portion of restaurant needs desperate renovations - feels way to closed in, dark - not inviting.

This is an old hotel and it shows inside. The sound insulation was terrible and you could hear everyone else on the floor above and on our floor. Banging doors, talking, scraping chairs… the heater and air conditioner were terribly loud and blow on you while sleeping. The fire alarm flashes a bright green light all night. It was really hard to sleep here. The bathrooms had loads of mold and cracked tile. This facility needs an overall

The room was great. The front desk was very helpful and they had champagne and snacks from 12 pm -7pm every day. The pool and hot tub were nicely kept. The beach was very nice. The bed was comfortable. We rented a car but did not need it much. Everything is within walking distance and the FLL airport is so close and can be easily reached via uber/lyft.

It’s old and a bit run down. It needs an overhaul and updating of everything. Balcony and balcony chairs were dirty, and balcony doors were corroded and dirty. The breakfast was ok. The food came out quickly, but was cold and tasted like powdered eggs.

The location is fabulous, the lobby/ appearance is very nice

The hotel offers only 2 beach chairs, they pack all the chairs up at 5PM. They offer of, but weird that you have to stand on line and ask for the items from the front desk. Pool is smallish and crowded. For the price charged, wouldn't recommend.

Overall a great hotel, staff was wonderful, loved the extras like the slushies by the pool for kids and champagne and snacks in the afternoon. We also really enjoyed the few meals we had at Latitudes restaurant, especially the breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfy, balconies extremely small we didn’t really use ours.

My only real disappointment was the size of the pool, I had seen other reviews on this but after I booked, and truthfully it is really small. My son still loved it, and it was a comfortable temp, just not what I was hoping for when I booked our getaway. Also nothing to do with the hotel, but this was our first trip to Hollywood beach and I would not go back and wouldn’t call it family friendly.

The property was very close to the beach, clean, pleasant and overly competent staff made the stay memorable. The room was beautiful upgraded to executive suite which was spacious, clean and with a great partial ocean view.

The only issue I had is that there was some type of construction/roofing work being done inside the parking garage and the debris and dust fell all over the cars. This was unexpected and unprofessional and the resort should have considered informing those who stayed in the parking garage to move their vehicles prior to the work starting.

The only thing I like about the hotel is that the hotel is right in front of the beach. The view is quite lovely.

We were disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. Under the sheets, there are some sand. The walk from the garage To the hotel is overwhelming. I didn't see any valet. If I was alone with my kids I would not be able to bring all the stuff on my own.
