it was a 2 minute walk to the beach. There was also a decent shower head.
it was filthy and most of the staff were not friendly. It was falsely advertised on booking.com from amenities to cost.If you complained to booking.com, they asked you to forward complaints to the property (from a no response email address. if you complained to the property, they told you to complain to booking.com. There was hair in the sink and shower, broken fixtures, and literal dirt everywhere.

A lot of food options in the area.
If you're only planning to stay on the beach all day long and need a budget friendly place to sleep, then this is a good option.
Loved walking on the broadwalk in the evening.
The room we stayed in needs a refresh (the walls are stained, old furniture, storage doors falling apart, very noisy AC), and just lacks a general feeling of confort. The appliances are not working properly, limited kitchen accessories (which are provided only by request), and if you're planning to cook your own meals, there's not enough space or supplies to do so.
The reception for check-in and check-out is two blocks away, walkable distance, not a big problem, but this just should be communicated in advance.
They charged some extra resort fees which were not included in my final price on booking.com, again, not a big problem if that would have been communicated in advance and stated somehow in the property description.

very comfortable place right to the beach. they have several swimming pools, a lot of restaurants around and breakfast is included! all beds are comfortable and clean with white sheeting. they are bring you towels almost every day, and clean when you want. i would definitely recommend
too loud a/c in bedroom and has kitchen but dont have pans, plates etc

ad read, with a terrace. To them the Terrace is the walkway to the room,Charged $20 a night parking. one bedroom. Only problem the AC did not work and they had a temp AC that vented out a window, very noisy and the vent kept popping out made it hotter.

I had a great stay, nice location, clean room, hard working staff, very friendly, breakfast lady was very nice and friendly. Frond desk staff was awesome, friendly even though had a long line take time and explained about the place. I recommend this place to family and friends. Maria, Karleen, kirwin, Tyler, Shevlin and Adela at the front desk awesome staff. My stateroom cleaning lady Candida very friendly always with a smile very welcoming.
I love the area, my room very reasonable price. I will recommend place to everyone.

Bed sheets clean, 1/2 block to beach. Partial view of ocean from front terrace and back balcony. Fridge clean. Both ceiling fans worked well - quiet. Couch in living area clean. Floor clean (linoleum). Box of kitchen stuff good - didnt use anything.
Booking.com advertises this property with free FLL shuttle - NO shuttle. Then, you must drag your luggage 3 blocks to office for check-in/out (thank god another guest told me this as I stood, bewidered by lack of office at hotel address). "Breakast" was only continental and very poor - 2 blocks away. No pool - given a map of 4 pools to use - closest is 2 blocks away.
Shower trickles. Trickles! Unacceptable.
No stopper in bathroom sink. Barely any water pressure in kitchen sink. AC vents and fuse panel coated with disgusting black dust(?) - unacceptable - cant be healthy air! Every fixture falling apart - light fixtures, towel racks, stovetop. Coffee maker was a wrestling match to turn on. No bulb in bedside lamp. Broken leg on 1 of 4 wooden chairs at dining table. Both chairs on back "balcony" broken - unusable. Room was a dump - photos dont show it's poor quality.
I booked a different hotel for final 2 of my 5 nights - yuck! And, no refunds!! Will request refund from Bookings - total fraud on website description! Will never book with Hollywood Beach Hotel group - they lost my trust.

Staff were rude and with no patience to help. They were not prepared to offer any logical answer. I will also love to recomend you to add a sponge, detergent, some cups, spoon, plates since you have a kitchen. Also the towels quality is poor. The doors were dirty.

Nothing! It was awful! There was a used wash cloth & mop sitting on the chair on the porch, upon opening the door, we were hit with a strong stale smoke odor, I went to use the bathroom & it was FILTHY!! Boogers on the walls, marks on the toilet seat that came off when I used a wet napkin, no sheets for the leather couch that my son was supposed to sleep on. It was just atrocious!

Needless to say, we ended up taking an Uber to another town within an hour of checking in & we got a CLEAN room to sleep in for the night.

Location is great, a couple of steps from the sea. Parking place is available in the front of hotel. Peaceful place.
The hotel needs updating, everything blew up. For example the faucet was broken, coffee machine was broken. The breakfast lady was not kind.

The only thing we liked was the close access to the beach
The entire staff has a terrible attitude and are very rude. They act like you’re bothering them no matter what the room is OK but the fact that you have to pay for parking at a room you’re paying to stay at as utter bullshit and they make you pay $100 deposit for paying for parking And $20 a night which is not mentioned on any part of the booking process. They just surprise you with it when you get there and then when you go to check out and ask for your hundred dollar deposit back they say you’ll get it back after they inspect the room but they tell you the hundred dollar deposit is for parking 100% would not recommend staying with them
