One of our bathroom sinks was inoperable, no glasses available in the room. No trash can liners in the trash cans. Soap dispensers were empty. Broken lock on glass door to balcony.

The property was immaculate and felt like we were on a beautiful island! It had all the amenities anyone would need and the staff were friendly and helpful! We will most certainly be coming back.
No complaints about the property, except the beach shack allowed the public to rent chairs among the hotel guests. They left trash everywhere and were doing things I felt were not appropriate in public.

Everything about it. The pools, the bikes, the beach, the views! The bed was so comfortable, it was better than at home.
Everything closes at 5pm. That part I'm not happy about. Would have loved to ride the bike during evening hours as the sun is going down.

The property is very nice, but not as spectacular as the social media pictures. The lobby is so tropical and beautiful. The pools are nice. The hotel is right on the beach and the beach is gorgeous. The Landshark restaurant needs a full renovation/overhaul. The food at the resort is decent, but not amazing. The restaurants that are all around the Boardwalk are decent, but not great. The Margaritaville restaurant is good, but not amazing. The coffee shop was good for breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The best restaurant at the resort is JWB steak, but it’s expensive. There is security all around the property so that just guests go to the pool. They have free adult bike rentals which is nice. We rented a surrey bike and went up and down the Broadwalk. The kids loved the flowrider and outside ping pong table. The area that the resort is in is nice, but kind of seedy. There are always police patrolling the area and the public works are out keeping the beach clean daily. There was lots of live music at the resort and around the resort.
I liked the property, but parts of it needed to be maintained/redone.

You guys kept the area clean - not a trace of spider web in the balcony area. Not an easy feat in an ocean front resort. Also I have seen some painter walking around making touch ups. It tells me that you guys are trying hard to keep it FRESH. The system is well run - everyone knows how to respond to our questions. Well trained employees. The gift shop personnel are very personal. Like talking to your own family. The nearby restaurants are truly enjoyable. The beach umbrellas offered by the hotel are a nice feature. We had three days sitting under those umbrellas and felt truly relaxed. Overall, it is hard to beat.

The resort is very nice. All 3 of the pool areas are great. There's enough to do on the property to keep you entertained, but the broadwalk offers a lot of restaurant and bar options too.
Our particular room was somewhat noisy with groaning/rattling pipes or duct work, but that may have been due to the gusty winds during the last couple days of our stay.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! The property is beautiful! The lobby has complimentary refreshments and also smells amazing! The rooms are spotless. The beds and linens are fabulous!
The pools, restaurants and shops close too early. No vending machines if needed early in the morning or late at night.

The hotel was supposed to decorate my kids room for my daughter birthday… but it wasnt decorated when we arrived. The next day they did put a paper sign on the door that said happy birthday, but they put it on the wrong door.

We had a very relaxing vacation. The food, drinks, pool and room were excellent. The beds were super comfy and our view was incredible.
Everyone was super nice except for one Manager at the activities desk. He was super cold and rude. Didn't care for him much. He gave us a hard time about wrist bands and while I was at the pool, I saw several people with no bands that were not being harassed like we were.

It is a resort hotel- it’s huge, right on the beach, and with pools so you have a choice (depending upon weather/wind/currents). Everything is clean and everyone is smiling. Restaurants on site are versatile, there is a coffee shop and a gym, we had good, long weekend.
The bathroom could use a touch up, everything was working and it was clean, though.

the service of the staff were friendly and professional. access to other restaurants. The security of restricting other people who weren't staying there to roam around was comforting.
The carpets in the lobby areas and the room needed carpet extraction. Area not clean alot of stains.

We were very happy 4 nights and 5 days. Service was excellent. Room with a great view of 11th floor pool and ocean. Comfortable mattress and great room service! Housekeeping and all service was excellent. Used all three pools and enjoyed walking the broadwalk.
The room key is valuable for security so it was necessary but would have liked the bracelet version they were out of at the time.
