The location was great. Close to the beach.
It was not clear while booking that we had to "Check in" at the Hollywood Beach Hotels central office. We only had the address of the Oasis, couldn't find it and finally called the phone number and was told to go to the central office, which was close by. It was just confusing.

I paid for Oasis because of location and courtyard pool. I was put in Silver spray because of Maine issue? It was a dump, clean but a dump. Location to restaurants on the broadwalk was horrible and no pool. Oasis is just off "Broadwalk" , access to beach and dining right there. Silver spray had nothing

That place was bed bug infestation , my kids was bite like hundreds time in his body. They only switch us to other place. We ask to talk to the manager but was impossible.

Friendly service, the breakfast could use a little help, a bit uncomfortable set up for self service, other than that it is well stablish and family oriented. My grandkids had a wonderful- lay back weekend. Thank you.
Mostly, the non-refundable policy was that I ended up losing over $600.00 only because I didn't reserve the right room and ended up paying for two separate rooms and only needed one. I think I should have had the cost of one room refunded, but because of that policy, that was not the case.
I also think that particular part stated on the propaganda of (BREAKFAST INCLUDED) is a little overrated because the way I see it is a very poor breakfast and uncomfortable setting for self service.

The kitchen was nice had a stove top, I liked the glass door to the shower, there was a table with chairs and bench. parking had to be paid for, on top of total amount, enough space for 2 cars. Had a comfortable bed with Amazon prime tv. And close to ocean, Nice!

The “Seaside “ was acceptable except renovations were going on, there was construction debris all over the property. If my stay was not so brief I would of said something to the staff, however I spent more time off the property than on.

The address as listed is not there!
This caused much distress!
Hollywood Beach Hotels honoured the reservation and placed us in a place called Casa de Pelligrino which they also own. Very misleading information on booking.com. This needs to be investigated!

The location to the beach
Don’t stay here save your time and money and better pay for something more expensive.
- it took me one hours to do a check in because the place lack of information and instructions about what to expect when you arrive.
- the personal made a mistake and put me in the system for a different day they wanted to charge me again. It took them 15 min for them to figure that out.
They sold me a parking ticket so I don’t have issue to get your car tow, since the first day I got there my place was occupied with two cars and so I had to park in from of the property, the funny part is that they have literally 3 cameras in from of the property and they have access to see who is violating the rules in fact the day before I went to the control room where they have two walls full of displays to monitor everything the property but because they don’t care about customer experience they don’t do anything. And because of this I ended up getting a parking ticket.
Personal need to be train to listen and being open to feedback, they were defensive before listening to other customers in the line.
Between the parking ticket, the hotel room and other fees my total was around $170 for one night.

I love the retro architecture. The room was large and the kitchen had been remodeled. Free breakfast was nice. There was good water available in the lobby.
My room was right on Ocean drive so there was traffic noise throughout the day and night. Running the fan on the HVAC unit helped to drown it out. The floors felt a little oily and unclean.

Fantastic location close to the beach and the Broadwalk where there was plenty todo. The premises allowed us to store our cases foc on day of departure.
Not as booked on the website don't know if this is fault of the premises or booking.com booking details stated we would be staying in a deluxe queen room overlooking garden with a bbq photos on booking showed a spacious apartment with a bungalow type outer called the Oasis. We were allocated to a small shabby room in a block we later found out qas called Dalmar or something. We weren't told where the pools were staff were very rushed and didn't seem to be bothered. The maid came once in the 5 days we were there. No kettle just coffee maker and no mugs supplied for coffee. We ate out luckily as wouldn't want to stay in the room for longer than possible. Didn't complain as I didn't want to lose my $100 damage refundable deposit. If it wasn't for such a good spit near the beach our first trip to fort lauderdale would have been ruined. The property owners need to advertise correctly. We would not stay again and sadly would not recommend ?

The rapturous frenzy brought on by murder of the cockroach
Cockroach, two of them. I manage to fend off and trap one but the other wasn’t so lucky, he exploded violently under the thunderous heel of my shoe. God Speed. Felt it was necessary I don’t like to annihilate small critters.

No hot water in first room, mold visible in A/C unit, fan speed stuck on high and it was right beside the bed, hairs visible in bathroom and on towels. Majority of staff was unfriendly. Denied us early check in then handed out keys to people who also wanted to check in early but got there after us.

What I did like about it was they did change our room even though we had to pay a little extra but we ended up having the best time Maria and Wilson and all of them were very nice to us, now will we come back yes but not to the Oasis probably to another one of their hotels but it was beautiful

The location was the only good thing about this place.
The fact we had to inconveniently move rooms the next day and loose time on vacation to wait in line and be shown multiple rooms before getting the one we booked and then it had cockroaches in it anyways. The manager told me she couldn't do anything about it but give us a longer check out but then the keys stopped working at 11 anyways and then again before the check out time. You have to ask for kitchen utensils instead of them being in the room. Every person in line was not happy with the place. Save your time, money and the stress and book elsewhere!

There was little to no posting even with paying for a parking pass. The room advertised was a two bedroom unit, we were given a one bed room with two beds in the living room. The staff was rude and there was little to no space for us.

Overall, this place worked well for us. The location is great and the area is nicer than further south. The Oasis (2-bedroom unit) has been nicely renovated. The bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Linens & towels were available and refreshed appropriately. Some basic amentities/toiletries are provided (all-in-one shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, ironing board/iron) and the front office has a small store for purchase. The provided pay parking was pretty easy to find and cheaper than street parking (use it because the street parking is enforced!). A continental breakfast is included and consists of drinks, cereals, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt and some fruit. The staff was helpful and friendly. There were hangers and room to put your items/ suitcases. Beach towels are available, with an additional deposit, which was very helpful to us.
It just felt that after the nice renovations, management decided to pinch pennies. For example, the included breakfast is a few blocks away, overcrowded for the space with outdoor seating (not covered so worthless in the rain), and hours are very short. You have to fetch kitchenware from the front office and carry it to the unit. The beds were saggy and pillows were only adequate. The unit sleeps 6 people, but there were only 3 chairs provided at the table and only a couch and one chair for relaxing.
Small improvements could take this rental to "outstanding": replace mattresses and pillows, provide kitchenware in the unit, add furniture, improve lighting, provide amenities such as coffee/tea and better toiletries. Maintenance needs to seal up exterior holes and window/doors to prevent pests.

The bathrooms are filthy, rooms are ok but could be better, kitchen is not what's advertised and my apartment wasn't the one I booked, definitely! First of all They gave me 1 bd apartment, then switched me to another unit with 2 bd but still not the one I reserved.
