The beds were clean and the sheets soft. Room was spacious.
The bathroom was disgusting, bugs coming out of a broken window. Shower valve broken so it took over 10-15 minutes for warm water. Floor was full of sand from last visit.

It’s in a great location and it has boardwalk in the beach that it’s just 20feet from the apartments in there you’ll find stores,restaurants and live music you’ll have a blast in there I’ll be back soon to this location we love it

The location of motel And the staff members were excellent. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable.
Maybe the breakfast selection could have been a little bit bette. Like maybe some hot food. And not just a bunch of bread and cereal.

Didn't get to take advantage of breakfast - i broke my ankle so we just stayed in the room mostly. I called ahead to ask the staff for accommodation as I am having to use a walker - initially they didn't really understand the gravity of my mobility situation - but once they saw the pins and rods sticking out of my foot - they began accommodating a bit more. The bathroom was pretty small so it was difficult to get in and out of, again - this isn't the hotel's fault. Overall it was a pretty nice stay we even stayed an extra day, very close to the broadwalk so we got to wheel me around there and see the beach and all the shops/restaurants.
Having to step up into the front office and the room was kind of difficult but i managed it. The bathroom was tiny and i had to maneuver around just to get the door to close. Otherwise, it was pretty good.

The beach is near by.
I paid extra 3 hrs $39.99 and the cleaning lady came in the room, while we were intimate in bed. I told her I already paid the extra hrs and still kept knock on the door. I understand no one is perfect but next time check if the customer paid the extra time so this wouldn’t happen. Thanks

There was this lady that was very rude and she didn’t know how to speak to people that is not great customer service when I was asking for direction she just pointed at the map and she didn’t bring me. It was too and I was cleaning the building that didn’t know how to speak English, but they, guide me there and they were very nice but one of them speak English one of them speak Español that’s why the other lady translated for her and she was the one that went out of her way to direct me to the room

Is far from everything, shops and downtown, if you want to have a a breakfast you have to go to other building that is far and you cannot stay there, doesn't matter if is heavy rain, or if you go with children, you have to walk off and take your breakfast in your hands with the rain, the staff from breakfast is rude.
You have to make a 100 usd deposit extra.

The location of the property close to the beach is very good. The Staff was so helpful specially Maria at the front desk who made sure all our requests were made + the Housekeeping Shanon who was very good .Overall Fair for the price
I think an investment needs to be made to renovate/ refurbish the rooms.

Your check in system was terrible, we were in line for about 1 hour, and there only 2 employees doing check in . I was unbelievable, the line was huge and the office was so crowded. If you know there's a holiday weekend then you should have a better check in system and extra help

I loved the location. That’s all I liked.
The free Breakfast was blocks away from our room. The place was filthy. I wished I would have thought to take pictures. Makeup stains on towels (which made me wonder if they were clean? Sink water in kitchen smelled like sewer. No cups at all yet a coffee maker….. no forks yet half kitchen with drawers….. cabinets and drawers empty. So even if I wanted to cook I couldn’t. Walls my bed butted up agains were filthy with dirt, handprints and who knows what else. I was so afraid I would roll in my sleep and put my face to that wall on accident. The toilet had not been sanitized bc at arrival I found the sanitizer strip saying it was cleaned behind the toilet. Room service is 1x every three days- no new towels. The reservation was for three- yet two towels for the entirety of our trip (they charge for more)! The WiFi did not work, nor did the neighbors. The tv remote didn’t work, in the bedroom and couldn’t download the fire tv remote bc I couldn’t hook to WiFi. So no tv for me. It looked like a really really downgrade $25 a night hotel standards inside the place- seriously. And it was advertised there’s a pool. Well none on our property, but other properties they own you can use those ugh. We stayed away from our room as much as possible. I was honestly scared of bugs and rats it was so poorly.
So basically they wiggled to make it say all kinds of amenities yet none of them close to the property.

It's a good location, clean rooms modernly decorated, well kept grounds, very close to the beach and boardwalk.
Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Did a late check out for a fee but was worth it
It is the bare minimum and nothing more, however what you need is available and can be purchased. No cups, no ice machines.
Also you have to pay for parking, $38.50, or you will be towed. So that's another added expense that isn't included in total price you expect to pay.

Great location, staff were friendly room was clean
Booked a superior king, ended up with a double bed. Room was right beside main road and everytime a heavy vehicle when by whole room would shake, this would start early
Nothing superior about the room. The breakfast option was a hard pass, I would be ashamed to serve what they served and call it breakfast. Overall a disappointment and feel ripped off inregards to what I booked and received
