The customer service was the worst Ive ever dealt with. The owner became so frustrated by me wanting a receipt that he literally starting hitting his own face in frustration. I never knew it was that much trouble to ask for proof of transaction. I will never return here & I do not recommend it to anyone.

They had water and it was hot.

The latch lock on the door was broken off. The AC/heater was broken. The plug was completely destroyed and not even plugged into the wall (there was no plug on the cord)... and mind you, it's about 30 degrees outside. The TV only had ONE station, and the buttons on the remote wouldn't even work so I had to manually turn the TV off. I would not stay here ever otherwise to sleep at because they clearly don't keep up the maintenance on the building and I wouldn't feel safe sleeping there overnight.

The price,room was filthy, mirror above the sink is a health hazard with good size pieces of broken mirror barely holding with cheap tape. Large McDonalds bag stuff in top drawer of the dresser below tv. With Houston heat, it produced a racid smell.

Easy to check in .There is a Whatburger right across the street.Also there is a large supermarket within 2 blocks.Also a Shell station across from the Fiesta and a Popeye,s and other fast food places.And there is a Walmart less than a mile away.

The maid service cleaned the room while we were out. They did a good job except for failing to leave any toilet paper in the bathroom.

It is closer to a lot of stores and restaurants and the price was good for my stay. Nice and quiet as well and the air conditioning works wonders.

Honestly not that I can think of, expect maybe at least offer coffee in the mornings. Other than that everything was fine.

Upon checking in the manager or service person asked if we wanted a portable heater for the room. We reserved to rooms adjoining or next to each other. There was one upstairs and one downstairs.

The website has continental breakfast with Texas shaped waffles, eggs, twist, etc. It had nothing but coffee and donuts. So we out for breakfast. Please fix the website or dont advertise false amenities to get guests to reserve rooms.

Locations and facilities were fairly ok. Security was ok. Parking lot illumination was good. Very clean rooms, bathroom was very clean, whites were white. Service was great.

Fridge in the room did not work. There was a very bad smell several people in rooms were smoking pot. We coul smell it in the parking lot, stairs and the bad odor was coming into the room. Room 210
