No breakfast was offered. They said there wasn't a swimming pool when I asked where it was. But there web page clearly states there's a pool. I choose this place fir the swimming pool. When I mentioned I should get a discount for no pool. Staffed offered some old pizza. There's was roaches in the room. We paid double because of the concert but it wasn't worth it. Very disappointing. He said they needed to remove the pool on there website. They haven't had a pool in a while. Misleading people who are force to accept it because everything around was booked.
A pool like advertising no roaches in the room and a clear TV. The static was ridiculous.

The bed was comfortable, and the water was hot.
A few dead bugs I found hidden behind a few things. The housekeeper woke me up at 9 am, which was apparently my own fault since I didn't have the do not disturb sign outside my door. Overall, I actually enjoyed my stay. I definitely will go back and stay. This place is a hidden gem and affordable.

Very convenient location right down the street from the stadium and I was there for a NFL game. You get what you pay for, nothing spectacular but if youre just looking for a place to crash while youre in town this is it! Oh I almost forgot my favorite part is that there is a fridge AND microwave in the room which is a rare find!
Could use updating.

I liked the location of property
When traveling to Houston I usually book at other hotels in the area but this time I chose this hotel because they offered free breakfast. I wasn’t until hours before check in that I was emailed that that service was no longer available because of COVID restrictions. I truly understand but I paid more to stay there compared to the others I usually visit just for the amenity plus the rooms were mediocre.

nothing other than close to NRG stadium.
the room was disgusting. it smelled of an overwhelming level of a cleaning agent..then it smelled like urine. there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the drain in the bathtub was extremely slow. It was the grossest place i have ever stayed. We did not have an option to change rooms or find a different hotel because we were there for the national championship football game. My daughter stayed with me. I felt like I totally screwed up but could not do anything about it. horrible experience.

The front desk was exceptionally nice
Noisy area. Also we did not have any hot water in the shower/tub. Called the front desk and they said there was a problem call back at 7am but we were checking out early for Doctor’s appts the next morning.

Location near the NRG.
A man came around 8 AM and unexpectedly opened our door. My husband got up, and he said that the front office gave him a list of the rooms that were unoccupied. We checked out at 10 AM, and my husband stopped by the office and told them what had happened. The person at the front desk gave us $20, like to apologize. Other than finding curly hair in our bed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It looked better in real life than in the pictures. The location was perfect, an easy drive to MD Anderson and an easy walk to NRG center for the rodeo. The breakfast had more variety than expected
The WiFi didnt work in our room. We had great wifi connection in the lobby, but none in our room.

Carpet is damp, floor is uneven (feels like walking on a pebbly parking lot!), feet BLACK after walking on carpet, there is some sort of SMELL, parking is TERRIBLE, access in the parking lot is TERRIBLE.

The property was close to NRG. As rodeo volunteers, we needed something close.
It was a little pricey for what it was. Beds were not comfortable and hotel is a little old.

It was really really close to the stadium and restaurants around the hotel.
Rug seem to be dirty when walking around in socks the bottoms were black also when laying on the bed the black would get on the covers. Not sure if it was dye or dirt.

It’s within walking distance of NRG which made it easy to get to our event and back.
It’s dated and one of the pictures in our room had what looked like maybe mildew on it. The light in our bathroom kept going on and off too. We were really there to sleep after a concert so didn’t think to complain about the light.
