The room was clean and comfortable. I pretty much hate the type of ADA shower that spews water on tvs bathroom floor. Couldn't see a way to keep the floor dry.

Our room was on the 1st floor and traffic noise was noticeable. Probably due to the New Years holiday, sirens were consistently sounded through the night.

The location was great. Free parking and the gate is locked at night.

It is a bit old and dated. The Hot Tub was not hot at all. Also, promised a late checkout the year before when I booked the room. They finally gave it too , but not without a lot back and forth about last minute management directions. This was marathon weekend.

Love the location next to George R Brown Convention center. Very Safe with local police watching the parking lots. Definitely be back next convention. Very nice staff at check in.

The pool was pretty awesome. Nice and warm. The rooms were clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. Nice water pressure.

After 15 minutes of arriving there was some sort of electrical fire between the 1st and 2nd floor. We had to evacuate. Then around 9 am the next morning a loud alarm(not alarm clock) went off and was on for about 3 minutes. Wasn't a huge problem but it was an inconvenience after traveling.

The room itself was full of mold due to the showerhead pressure being so strong it leaked all over the floor. Our allergies were horrible when in the room.

The location was great, walking distance to downtown and located next to Toyota Center and convention. Free parking was great since many hotels in the downtown area only offer paid valet parking.

The bathrooms could use exhaust fans. The rooms need some updating and smell a little musty when walking in. The hotel entrance was taped off for construction but there was a small walkway to get in. There were some storage containers that looked like there was some remodeling going on but it didn't seem as there was no activity for some time.

There was zero parking available, our bathroom was used and not cleaned between the last guest and our stay, used dirty towels hanging in the shower. The TV didnt work, the elevator was out. The stairwell was blocked by building materials.

The location is good for events at Minute Maid Park or The Toyota Center. Breakfast is OK, kids enjoyed the pool.

Room smells, rooms are old, we were in the back facing south and there is this club that bumps music all night making it difficult to fall asleep. Reminds me of the rave music from Samurai Jack. I reserved a room with two queen beds but got a room with one king and a cot. Rooms smell.

The breakfast was very basic and I could only eat it once. Had to go out of the hotel on subsequent days to find breakfast

It was under construction/ renovation. Had a weird smell and overall felt quite dilapidated. The staff first gave me the wrong room and when I got upstairs, it was a section cordoned off for renovation with paint buckets and tools everywhere.

Egg white omelets were real good. Front desk staff very nice, tried to help with hangers issue (see below). Great location for convention center.

Front entrance awful..police tape around it, hard even to walk out. Hallways not air conditioned. Room smelled...old smoke?..and had no olace to hang clothes. (Got hangers and hung clothes from furniture.)
