That it was walking distance to Minute Maid park

Only 1 elevator was working and the 1 time we used it took more than 15 minutes for us to able to use. We were on the 5th floor so we used the stair during our 3 day stay so did any other guests.

The property was historically beautiful and the service provided was exceptional. When I told the staff that it was the birthday week of my fiancé they wrote her a nice letter from the hotel and gave her some champagne. I like the Cambria.

The location is right downtown, quiet, and close to almost everything. There was a lot of street parking as I did have a rental and opted out of valet service. For 3 hours parking was less than $5 and after 6pm it was free. Because I was constantly out the room street parking made more sense. The rooms are updated and clean. Elevators were fast. Overall 10/10 stay.

The stay was phenomenal!! Very comfortable nice and clean. We had a small concern when we came in and the Asian lady at the front desk helped us expeditiously. She was great! Also the guys that do the valet parking and the 2 African American guys in the black shirts were very helpful. They all deserve a raise!!! We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

Very nice hotel- staff was great and location was perfect. We only stayed 1 night to go to the Astros game and it was perfect location within walking distance of the stadium. Felt very safe and good atmosphere- they were doing some remodeling while we were there but didn’t interfere with our stay. Rooms were extremely nice and clean

I like the comfortable beds. The towels were also soft and delicate. I appreciated that the hotel was also in great driving distance to MEPS.

No pool. My newly graduated teens wanted to spend their last few hours together at the pool but before departing for the Navy. However, before booking, I didn't notice there was not a pool on site.
