I loved the size of the room... it had a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and a microwave, as well as a stove and oven. Even though I didn't utilize the facilities, I loved the additional space.

The lies from check in at front desk to being humiliated by going up to the restaurant for breakfast and being declined because it wasn’t included in my package to being told parking was $25 and being charged $35. This is outrageous. So many guests complaining at your front desk. Experience was definitely 2 out of 10

They charge $35 per day for parking, but there weren’t enough spaces available. One night, I had to park on the street due to the lack of availability.

The building has four elevators, but only one was working on the day we arrived. My room was on the 18th floor, and we ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to get upstairs. Eventually, an employee offered to take us up using the service elevator. When I brought this up at the front desk, they claimed they weren’t aware of the situation, which was surprising, considering the large crowd of guests visibly waiting around for the elevator. It’s unclear how long this had been going on, but it was clearly a major inconvenience. Fortunately, the elevators were fixed the next day. The room also had a damp, musty smell, like wet carpet, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

High price motel, stay on the 20th floor room with a balcony, the balcony was the best part about the room, the room was clean, but there we're so need to be upgrade ASAP. Got to the front desk to check in, they're system were down, front desk lady was very nice she ask get cash for the atm in hotel it wasn't working I had to got across the street to the bank at 830p, but she did give me free breakfast and I didn't have to play the damage deposit.

The furniture was broken in pieces, the only thing decent about the room was the bed. After I complained about this to the manager on duty he didnt offer to do anything about it, only that he would note that so i wasnt charged for the damage.

The valet parking is extremely high for people to stay and the valet workers are unorganized. There was no refrigerator or microwave in room. Also the workers didnt advise we had to use the key card to go up in the elevator.

The location is nice. It is not far from restaurants and things to do.

The toilet was running every 5-10mins. My towels were dirty. The balcony was not the most pleasant view. Valet phone was down. The breakfast buffet was a little chaotic, not enough workers.
