Everything. We came to visit Nasa and the location could not have been better. The fact I could cook my own meals was a great point. The Staff was amazing all the way from checking in to checking out. I will definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend this place to ALL my friends. Thank you and keep up the great work.
No pool and there was no breakfast as advertised. But this won't keep me from coming back.

Room and cleanness
When I try to check in, there were no rooms available, which was a negative moment. The staff checked and was able to give me an available room, but the experience was not pleasant. Now I know that the next time, there won't be a warranty on getting a room even if I reserve it.

The property itself was ok. Very close to eats. DoorDash was able to find me easily. And there was grass for my dogs to play and potty.
The fact that they charge a pet fee of $25 per day, per pet. They also charge a room tax, state tax, and county tax every day. And the tax amounts are different every day. I was very upset when I got to check in when the lady told me it was gonna be another $200 on top of what booking had quoted. They will also charge you if they have to do any cleaning during your stay. If you have trash you are to take it to the trash room if not and you put it outside your door they will charge you. The room was ok, it wasnt nasty but can tell they didnt check the room before we got there. There was dead bugs in the kitchen as you walked in the door.

The locations is very convenient if you are visiting Nasa.
Both the receptionists we talked to were not welcoming or helpful whatsoever. This was a big disappointment. We got there early for Nasa so, we just wanted to pay, leave our things at the reception and use the bathroom to change (which should be a normal thing to do). The first receptionist even denied me to use the bathroom because they don't offer offer the public bathroom service even though I was a guest. Plus, she said it with a tone which we didnt appreciate. The second receptionist was just as rude and didnt seem to want to help at all. We saw a lady approach the reception to return towels and get washed ones and they said they didnt have any. Just terrible service and attitude all around...

Location was good, breakfast was meh, having the kitchenette was nice.
The bed was horrible. It had some sort of vibration connection to the air conditioner, so when the compressor kicked in, the bed started vibrating. It was annoying as hell. The bed itself was uncomfortable, I would have been more comfortable sleeping on a rock.

It was near the johnson space center of Houston, and even though it was pet friendly, no barks were here during my stay at the hotel.
"breakfast," was horrible, it was just an oat bar and American coffee. The hotel should tell the truth and say they do not include breakfast. I don't recommend this hotel.

The desk clerk was good for when we checked in but when it was the day of check out I went down for breakfast didnt not they dont have breakfast so they had coffee and run out of sugar and when I asked they said wasnt anymore but when I got ready to check out there was sugar up there, no pool it was just plain hotel for people to stay weekly

Room was excellent and clean, that is highly appreciated. The location excellent for what we needed, that depends on each one.
The so called 'grab and go breakfast' - it is simply sad. It is basically a cheap coffee and sugar bars on a tiny table. I was wondering if it was actually better not to offer anything, but I don't know..

It was a good location
Didnt like anything about the hotel except the location. They turned off the internet hours before check out. Their advertised breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and granola bars. The room was dated and utterly drab. The bathroom was awful.
