The bed was comfortable.

They informed us when we arrived that our reservations had been cancelled because of an issue at the airport that caused them to need our rooms for other travelers. They completely disregarded our reservation and stated that they only had three rooms left, but we would have to pay THEIR rate instead of the rate offered by our Booking reservation. We had to negotiate with the manager for more than 20 minutes to get him to give us the three rooms for a rate that more closely resembled the rate we had reserved the rooms for. It was ridiculous and horrible service at the end of a long day of travel.

There is breakfast available 7-10 every morning, which is has not been crowded the 2 times I stayed. The check in ladies are always so sweet and welcoming.

There are renovations taking place on the 3rd floor and there are foot tracks on each floor from the dust they walk around in, but this is on the contractors and not the hotel. I dont like that there is nowhere at all to sit outside on the premises to relax or congregate. The parking lot isn't very big so that may be the reason why.

The fact that I was told when I arrived at the airport that they would provide me with transportation to the hotel and when I called to let them no I was there the lady told me that they do not provide transportation and it was 2 o'clock in the morning so that had me upset

I do not recommend this property. Stay elsewhere.

TRAVELER BEWARE! At time of reservation on Booking.com, charged for the full amount then at checkout, charged for the full amount again by the hotel. Spoke to the hotel manager and no action of resolution. The road noise heard from the room is deafening. The bed firmness is much too soft.

My experience was really good. The room was good. Service was also good. my car was having an issue before checking out. I asked the receptionist of the hotel to find a mechanic. He immediately found one and have my car fixed. It was a great help. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family if they visit Houston.

I was very impressed with the customer service & the young man on duty apologized to me because their internet was down upon my arrival.So he couldn't check me in but he definitely went above & beyond to accommodate me in a room until the internet was up.

No, I have stayed here before and love the rooms. This is my go to hotel when I am going on a cruise out of Galveston, TX.

The room was great, we were upgraded to a King Suite because a regular King was not available. It was a great room. We asked that housekeeping not bother us during our stay and that was honored. The breakfasts were good, some changes made from day to day. The check out hours on weekdays of noon was wonderful!

I wish the breakfast hours went a bit later though, the 9:00 ending on weekdays seemed a bit early to end. There was some airport noise but it didn't bother us as it wasn't late at night. We mostly heard it in the mornings but the sound proofing is pretty good.

I liked the location...I was there for work and it wasn't too far away. Plenty of restaurants close by and the rate was good.

The bed wasn't very comfortable to me but I do have a tricky back that likes extra cushion lol so it may be ok for someone else.
