It was ascetically beautiful. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The elevator didn’t all work. Only 1 out of 4 was working so it took along time. The breakfast buffet was also not worth the $25 price. It was small not much was offered. The pancakes tasted like rubber and frozen. Not much to do around the location far from the city center

Nice. Front desk manager went over and beyond to correct issues

Every night the room was hot. Housekeeping needs slot of training. Never responded to any request. Had to report every time and front desk manager took care of the issues. Requested I leave soiled towels outside my door and housekeeping would get them however they were there all day and night. Housekeeping came the next day I requested only towels and no room service and they still went off and left soiled towels outside the door. Housekeeping gets a ZERO rating.

I liked how nice the front desk staff was and I liked that it was a shower in the room. Hotel was nice overall. I also enjoyed the free parking.

I did not like the location of the hotel it was a busy bus stop nearby. I also did not like that the smoking area was in front of the hotel so when you walk up to the hotel you smell cigarettes and can smell it when you enter the hotel.

The room looked nice.

The rampant amount of prostitutes, every thing around it being closed due to robberies according to the police officer I flagged down to ask. Apparently, the Greenpoint area is know as “Gunpoint” for all the crime and shootings. Given the criminal element visible to my own eyes, I opted for my wife and I to check out and leave. I would love for someone from Hilton corporate to see what I saw tonight. This makes a mockery of your star ratings. What is a three star? Sodom?

A good bed and a very decent breakfast

Apparently there was a problem with the showers/ plumbing in the hotel. There was no cold water available and that means that the shower got boiling hot. I went to the reception and complained about it (I burned myself) and they didn’t respond to it at all. He knew about the problem, but never felt the urge to warn guest about it. Besides dangerous also the opposite of service.

This is a beautiful hotel with a super large lobby area. Elevators, hallways, and rooms are nicely modeled and clean. The bar area is also nice. Its close to the airport with a good shuttle service.

The area outside the hotel is not the best, if you are planning on staying inside the hotel this should not be a big deal however.

Price was Ok for location in a major city. Free parking is a plus.

Some elevators were under repair and there were delays waiting for the serviceable ones. There is a bit of wear and tear in the common areas and in the room. Ours room had water damage on the ceiling. We didn’t have coffee cups either. Just water glasses. Not what you expect from the brand, but it seems our price reflected the age.

The location is good, close to the highway.

The heating facilities need improvement. The room was very cold. The amenities were inadequate. We needed extra blankets because the room was cold, but were told there weren't enough. We requested two blankets four times at the front desk and waited three hours before they were delivered.
