There are renovations going be on. On the website it said we would get free breakfast that was a lie. The staff didn't know which rooms were empty so we had to walk around to see and the staff walked in on 2 people. The room was dirty

The young lady who checked me in was pleasant .

Upon my checkin to the room my comforter on the bed was filthy and had many burn marks and holes in it. I was there for 4 days and my room wasn¿t cleaned but once the entire time. Trash was emptied everyday but bed wasn¿t touched and had no soap for days.

What I like best about this hotel is also what I dislike about it. It's super sketchy.

The level of cleanliness in the room was ridiculous. Any time I stay at one of the Big 5 (Red Roof, Motel 6, Travelodge, EconoLodge, Howard Johnson), I bring my own vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, Swiffer and air freshener. The floors are ALWAYS dirty.

The first room that I was given by the hotel had a damn CAT in the room. Yes, a real live cat. Then the second room had roaches. Not the water bug roaches but the inside pest baby roaches. There was a lot of drug activity.

I really didn't like anything. My experience was horrible because of the cleanliness of the room and sketchy people who rented rooms for Lord knows what. Overall my biggest complaint was the room.

They actually wouldn't let me check in because I have a lot of belongings well I did till I was refused a room after paying on my card so I had to wait 3 days to get a refund and I had to sleep outside 3 days

When I finally got my refund I went to check into traverlodge and literally everything I own was stolen and taken back into the same motel that denied me a room because of my stuff up because I had too much stuff the people stole everything and took it right in that hotel through the lobby because you have to have a key to go through the gate it's a gated motel so they have these people on camera bringing my stuff in there and they did nothing and they they let them go in and I couldn't so I feel like it was a racist thing
