The staff was rude except maybe 2 guys...they didn't wanna give us clean towels .the guybat the front desk kept saying we cant keep giving them to yall because we we almost have a full house sold out but you should gave more than enough to accommodate everyone when running a business then the towels had stains on them ..my bathroom door was broken well never got clean linen one housekeeper was very rude she was the one that had 2 little kids with her...wenran out of tissue and it took them forever to bring us some more

By the airport as I had late arrival and the car rental closed at 1AM.

My flight was delayed by three hours, so I didn’t arrive at the hotel until around 3 AM. After finally getting some rest, I woke up at 10:30, and by 11, housekeeping was already banging on my door while I was in the shower. I told them I had just gotten out and would be out in ten minutes, but then the room phone started ringing repeatedly. Since I was still getting dressed, I ignored itbut then they started calling my cell phone too. Frustrated, I rushed to leave the room, only to see that the cleaning crew was still working on several other rooms. So all that pressure to hurry was completely unnecessary. Later, I realized that in my rush, I left behind my $30 headphones that I had been charging overnightsomething I’m sure I wouldn’t have forgotten if I hadn’t been rushed out like that.
