I loved the lady who checked us in. She was super helpful and nice. She went over and beyond helping us feel comfortable. She made our first impression of the hotel and it was great.
when we got to room it was super cold. When we got into bed the blankets felt moist. don't know of it was because it was so cold but they was wet.
