All of the staff was very professional not only with me, but I saw how they interacted with all of the hotel guest. Everyone was willing to help assist in whatever you needed including printing my boarding pass.

Clean, very nice room, excellent location near the airport.
Digital key seemed to unlock the hallway door but it wouldn’t open. The front desk staff told me “oh, you have to pull the handle up instead of down.” No horizontal door hand is pulled up to open. Then the digital key didn’t recognize my room lock at all … so I had to go to the front desk to get a card key. All of this is at 1 AM and I just wanted to get into my room after a long day.

The Hotel was Unsanitary. Upon arrival there was hair in the bathtub and spots on the mirror. The counters next to the TV were sticky. We requested the bathroom be cleaned and when the cleaner wiped the counters next to the TV, she used the same rag as the one she cleaned the toilet with. Also, the coffee pot was full of water. I had no idea how long it was like that, so we did not make coffee in our room.

The hotel was clean. The person at the front desk was very pleasant when we checked in. The breakfast was fantastic. Nice variety of food.
Later on in the evening we needed some water and the man that was at the front desk was rude. He yelled at us that we couldn't get anything from the snack area because his system was down. That is fine but his tone could have been better towards us. Then we waited till he was done with a customer and he made us wait for like 5 minutes before acknowledging we were standing there. A statement of I'll be with you in a minute would have gone a long way. He did give us water, but he should have just given it to us in the first place.

The breakfasts each morning were hot and delicious with a lot of variety and some healthy options like fresh fruit and yogurt. The food and dining areas were kept very clean.
Our room was comfortable, quiet, spacious and VERY clean. Kudos to the cleaning crew! With blackout curtains, it was easy to rest and relax there. The bathroom had plenty of fresh towels and amenities like a hairdryer and small toiletries like soap and shampoo. The grounds and parking area were also attractive.
The front desk staff we encountered, Allysia, Sondra and Shaquanda, were all wonderful. They were welcoming, professional and very helpful in getting our reservations straightened out and in providing directions. Sondra is particularly gifted in explaining driving directions to navigate the nightmare tangle of interstates around and through Jacksonville! Although we hope to never have to come through Jacksonville again, we highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel was set back behind other establishments on a service road that runs along a very busy thoroughfare. We had trouble finding it the first night.
It was also disconcerting to have a $50 incidentals fee charged for each of the 3 nights we were there because of a couple of snafus with the booking arrangements. The staff explained these fees would drop off after 5-7 business days but there should be a way to make sure this fee is only charged once per stay.
It would be nice if the breakfast hours were extended a bit for those who've been traveling and want to sleep a little later.

Shortly after check in one of the elevators stopped working a lot of the guests had to use the steps or wait a long time for the one that did work. The breakfast options was what you would find at any other hotel nothing special. If you want to go to a beach it’s like 30 minutes away.

The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The TV worked well. The desk staff was busy with a lot of cruise people coming and going but they were very polite and accommodating. We really liked the availabillity of the coffee, tea, etc in the lobby. The Breakfast was free and warm with lots of variety. They provided take-out bags if needed. The hotel transport to and from the Airport was timely. We appreciated the staff giving us the number of a transport service to the cruise terminal - which we used coming and going! All in all, we look forward to our next trip to Jacksonville and staying at this hotel.

The toilet seats are very low to the ground. The mattress was hard as a rock. I was restless the entire night. The elevator was making a screeching sound when we riding in it. There was only one young lady working the buffet and she was doing her best to keep up with the food. They need one person to monitor the food once it has been put out and another one to cook the food, because there were people picking up the biscuits with their hands.

I love the location. Did not partake in breakfast.
I wasnt too pleased with the loud/noisy guest who I had to ask several times to move aeay from my door. Their was alot of loud banging and slamming doors.
